I remember a while ago before the renovation. The shop was nice and yknow, certain aesthetic lookin that wasn’t too harsh on the eyes and didn’t make me feel like I was in the T-Mobile a few shops down.
Customer service was nice, and I loved the sandwiches.

Nowadays it sort of changed, but mostly the atmosphere feels cold and just, not nice to sit in. Feels like an apple or Verizon store and I wanted to leave as fast as I could to the islander near it; old looking, but nice to sit and eat in.

How hard is it to make a sandwich? I want to put the meat on and put the cheese on your toast and then you add everything else that the customer wants to. It is the second time I’ve gotten my sandwich in there but no cheese then I called the store and they say oh well we can’t replace it really paid for it, but you can’t fix it. Manager was very rude and very hateful. Don’t recommend the store at all.

Food is good and the place looks clean, but customer service here is a nightmare. Took 20 minutes to explain how we were charged for 2 extra items, and instead of requesting a refund we just wanted those items instead. Truly headache worthy. If I were you I’d just go to a different location or wait until other people are hired. Even drew on the receipt and they couldn’t understand.

Ordered a sub on the app and received the wrong sub. Then when I went in to replace it, the employees acted like I was wrong. And while remaking it still got my sub wrong. I asked for light mayo and she completely slathered the sub with mayonnaise. Disgusting

Never had a problem there. Ladies were always nice and made my sandwiches exactly how I wanted. Don’t think I ever had the Asian lady that many reviewers complained about. Maybe she’s gone…but courtesy works both ways!

I orderd a Pastrami on wheat bread. I’ve always received ALL wheat bread. I noticed as the woman was cutting the bread that it was white inside and the texture was different. I asked her if it was wheat…she mumbled. I asked again..she said yes! I said your wheat bread is normally all brown. In a sassy tone, she replied…it is brown! I said…yes…on the outside. Another worker, said it was wheat and that it’s multigrain. Hello…multigrain bread has multiple grains…not just wheat.

I told the woman who’s making my sandwich that I didn’t appreciate her rudeness. She replied…I don’t care and that I was rude! I said to her that she was unprofessional and left without giving my business.

All I wanted was to confirm that it was wheat bread. I hope that these women learn the difference between all wheat and multigrain and hope that people that may want only wheat or who have allergies to grains read this.

It’s such a shame to experience this kind of behavior.

Normally love this place and have a great experience. Ordered an Italian bmt, got handed some kind of chicken spinach sub instead. Was fun to get home unwrap when literally so hungry and then disappointment. They remade it but still. That was such a let down. Subway has been one of my biggest cravings but all it takes is one time to ruin a place for me. Maybe I’ll stick with the salt lake location from now on :/

Obviously the owners of this franchise don’t monitor or care about their store. We had the unfortunate experience of having our sandwich made by an old Asian lady who really should be working in a Chinese restaurant. No smile, no words spoken. The only thing she said was “bread”?. After we told her what kind of bread she just moved along the line as we told her what we wanted. She wrapped up the sandwich, collected our money and was done. No thank you, no NOTHING. She has been there a long time so I gather the owners have to be really, really, REALLY DESPERATE FOR HELP. any warm body is better than NO body. I take that back. She is not warm at all. I will go next door to Islander take out.

My sister and I got a foot long with avocado added and got home so excited to eat it, until we smelled the avocado. It was the worst smell EVER. I understand that mistakes happen but what got me mad it the lack of service after. They told us to wait til the next day to get a refund with the receipt, leaving us with no dinner. THEN we come back with the receipt and the sandwich to show them and they greeted us with rude service, only defending instead of trying to make it better. Not planning on coming back.
