Have been customer of this subway for over 25 years. Been subway customer since about 1985. No more. Had coupons from midweek magazine which doesn’t expire until 30th of month. They would not honor it. The coupon stated certain sandwiches not accepted. I ordered spicy Italian which is not on that list which I have ordered using coupons before. Well subway has lost a regular customer. I will never go to any subway again. Below I will click take out which is what was intended. However due to them not honoring the coupon did not get the sandwiches

I ordered my usual and asked for extra tomatos and extra olives but wow- the braddah gave freely until there was no more want left in my heart. I only feel that a sandwich is not a deep enough canvas for an artist with a creativity broad as the horizon and a mind deeper than the sky. Seen here is a testament to his wreckless use of color and weight.. a rebellious outlook on a traditional recipe that causes you to reconsider all that you’ve been told

First I want to recognize May for her outstanding work at keeping up with all the orders while her coworker, Kanoe, was sitting in the back for over half an hour not helping at all. I was the first of over 5 customers today at noon today who walked in to order while May was helping another customer with a complicated order. The other four customers walked out as we were waiting to get helped. May eventually helped me with my order and was understandably busy, as the previous customer added a last minute order right as May started to help me (all while the online order buzzer started to go off). And still yet, nobody came up front to help May. Kanoe eventually came up to help with other customers after me, but that wasn’t until over half an hour after the rush! I don’t know what kind of poor management would fester this type of horrible teamwork. Definitely go Safeway or somewhere else for your food.

Food is good. Service is slow, and everything else was slow. They said “there is no bread, you have to wait 30 minutes”. This is the second time Ive walked into that. My mother has too on multiple occasions. The workers are snarky and rude, and like to throw each other under the bus. The lady Angela was rude, and we feel as if lied on multiple occasions because she does not like to serve customers. I would not recommend. She also purposely takes her time while others wait, and speaks in a rude tone. I am all for taking your time, but she does not do it in a considerate manner. Funny the bread always runs out, but this Subway is not busy. Ive been to busier Subways in town where everything was prepped. Go elsewhere for your Subway or be prepared to spend 30+ minutes waiting for a sandwich because the workers like to lie.

Awful food quality for waiting such a long time. Sandwich was hard as a brick and barely any meat or sauce!

I never made a post on good or bad service-product in my life. However, after going to this place today, I am unable to justify spending my money there ever again.
Reason:
I walked in, only one worker on shift, half the vegetables, meats, toppings, and breads are gone (no longer in stock, or have not been refilled). I was greeted when I walked in.
Meanwhile, there was five customers in line, and the worker (Breanne) on shift, is left all alone, to manage taking my order, taking out bread to refill, refilling vegetables containers (only when asked to), printing out receipts, taking other orders.
FYI:
This worker was wearing gloves touching everything in the kitchen, the reciepts, handles to doors, bread trays, etc., and unfortunately was not trained by management (or simply doesn’t care) because she then proceeds to touch my bread and meat with her gloves still on. I asked her kindly to please change her nasty gloves, and she got frustrated, literally snarweld at me, and

Took probably 30 mins before someone talked to us. They just assumed we were mobile order. Actually tried to serve the person behind us before they even asked us if we were mobile or dine in.

This location used to be our favorite, but it’s gotten bad in terms of customer service and food. They only had flatbread available when we went. The other breads were not ready and about 5-10 people waited in the booths for the bread to be ready. They were short with us and didn’t have good communication with the other patrons as to what was going on. I work in customer service. I understand half of the issue could be the owner not properly staffing this location (or even not offering decent benefits to work here). But running out of bread at a sandwich place is lowkey funny.

Probably one of the lowest quality Subways I’ve ever been to. The produce looked dried out and discolored. I’ve never seen wrinkly jalapeños and dry cucumber slices before today. The fountain machine was not properly serviced. The Coca Cola was coming out white and every other drink was flat (I know because I painfully tried each one). When I asked to buy a bottled drink, they dismissed me so they could finish completing mobile orders while I was in store. The two young male sandwich artists that work here may need some managerial supervision considering all the deficiencies I witnessed. Make your own sub or go to ohana sub… way better quality.
