How bad can a Subway be? The food was good, as usual, but the people that worked there were chintzy with the serving amounts. We had to ask several times to get extra anything! I asked for extra tomato, and she put one tomato slice on. So I asked again, got another one. I decided that was enough. The amount of tuna on the tuna sandwich was small, so my friend had to ask twice to get more tuna. Other than that, it was clean and tidy.

My husband ran in here to get us subs for dinner. He asked for extra cheese on my chicken bacon ranch melt. The ladies working argued that it already had extra cheese on it and didn’t offer to put more. I’ve asked for this before and am willing to pay the upcharge. For one you shouldn’t argue with paying customers. Second issue: I added some cheese at home and noticed hair in my sub! This is disgusting. Tried calling multiple times and couldn’t reach anyone. I will be calling until I speak to a manager. Am also considering reporting to health department so they can make sure everything is being kept at the right temperatures. Disgusting!!

The line seemed long but it moved fairly quickly. The veggies didn’t seem jipped and the sandwich was as neat as usual not rushed through because of the long line. The workers were welcoming and friendly. I eat here occasionally and prefer this Wahiawa location when I do crave subs.

One of the places near me for lunch. I like the pastrami sandwich, staff is on deck with quick service, and they have to be as its busy during the lunch rush. Wish they offered soup at this location though – no soup 4 U!
