Wow!! So glad I went into Subway Pahoa, for a Cube Chicken cut, sandwich! The service from the male employee was ultra professional, yet unpretentious! He was patient, kind, and timely! The sandwich was exactly as I asked for, and delicious! Definitely recommend this place!

I ordered online for pickup. I had to grab my own drinks and chips which normally those are all ready to go when picking up. Anyways, I get home and one of my sandwiches were missing stuff that I had to pay extra for. I called the number twice and no answer and no option to leave a voicemail.

Honestly , I usually don’t leave reviews and I like the staff, but the food omg. The bread was hard like it’s been sitting there for days. The cookies were burnt and nasty. The only thing that was ok was the chips and the drinks. I do not recommend eating here. Management needs to make freshness a priority. Even the veggies on my sandwich was wilted and seems like it was sitting for a couple days. Really gross. Staff was great and friendly in every way, very welcoming. But the food , yuck.

I always order online and they mess up my order almost every time. Super frustrating. I get home with my food and there’s always something missing from my order or my sandwich. If you get your sandwich toasted it’s barely toasted at all.

I was shocked after my first visit in awhile, due to covid, at subway. I ordered which was my usual the subway club with no mayo and all veggies except spinach and olives. I had a 50cent coupon and expected it to be between $6-7. When I was told it was almost $10 I asked why cashier explained because I did not order a regular subway club. She explained I had added all the vegetables. So I told her to forget it she got a manager there was no sorry or understanding at all that i wasnt aware of this drastic change. If the manager would have had some type of compassion for my shock and offered a little discount i would not have asked for all money back. The reasons for going to subway for years was all the vegetables that make it taste good. I am a senior that is extremely high risk for covid that’s why i did not know about your changes! It would have been nice if the server might have said each of these vegetables are an additional charge I would not have added All. And I would most likely still had a sandwich. And might go back to a subway in the future! Acknowledgement would be appreciated.

I am totally disgusted with the Subway In Pahoa, Hawaii. I ordered over 30 dollars of meals around lunch time on a very busy day at work. I rushed to Subway to get my order (already paid for), and when I got back to work, I realized they screwed up my whole order. My first meal cost about 11 bucks, and I did not get bacon I order, nor did I get my chips for my meal. My second meal was missing the double meat, and did not have the bacon also. My third meal did not have the chips and was cold, even though I asked for them all the be hot sandwiches. The only thing they had right was the drinks. I called immediately once I realized they screwed up so badly. The assistant manager first asked what was wrong with the order. I was very detailed on what was wrong. She said, our policy is that you have the bring the sandwiches back. I said I would not be off for another 4 hours. She said, “you know what, never mind”… I have the order printed and we will just replace the order. I worked the other 4 hours and then went in to retrieve the meals and the night manager said he could not help me without giving back the other meals. I told him what the assistant manager told me, so he called her. She then lied to him and said, she told me to bring the sandwiches back and she never said she would replace them. I am so applauded! This is NOT what was said! I am a great customer. I used this establishment at least once a week, but this TOTALLY disgusts me! I then asked to speak to the corporate manager for this location. They refused to me me a number. I then asked for the number to talk to the local owner, again I was refused. So basically – I spent over 30 bucks for crap I did not receive. How’s that – I guess that is how they treat loyal customers – they lie, they cheat you out of money – then they refuse to honor what they say! SOOOO disgusted!
