Whenever I order extra ingredients it seems like I ordered hardly any, based on the amount I get. I ordered extra Lettuce and it hardly had any Lettuce on it. The app orders make it easy to order MORE, REGULAR, OR LESS ingredients and when I order MORE I hardly ever get more. Even when I tip. Why should I tip if I don’t get what I ordered?

Been going here since it became a Subway, NEVER AGAIN! 2 days ago witnessed an employee go into a sneezing fit while making a sandwich, she did not cover her mouth or even turn away from the food, after sneezing right into someone’s sandwich she wiped her nose with the back of her hand and continued making the sandwich! what’s worse is the owner (everyone’s favorite ray of sunshine) was making a sandwich right next to her and witnessed the whole thing, he didn’t say a word! There’s plenty of reason to avoid this Subway, witnessing the owner not calling out his employee for health code violations is number one.

Ordered a 20oz Soda as part of a meal deal and the owner gave Me a cup of soda and said that’s what I ordered. The app clearly shows a 20oz plastic bottle of soda pop when I made the order. The owner was reluctant to accommodate this request and stated I was to blame !! Really Dude ?? Bad business and attitude from Pukalani Subway .

I ordered online for later in the day, but the email confirmation said I both ordered and would pick up the next day. I tried to call to correct the mistake, no answer. Went in anyway and the guy almost didn’t give me my paid for order. Luckily another worker knew about the glitch because it had happened to her boyfriend and honored my order, though I had to go through and order everything again in store. Not going to order online with Subway again.

I used to go to this subway all the time for lunch and there was a nice young man that gave impeccable service. I tried going to dinner there tonight and there was an middle aged gentleman working. He was incredibly passive aggressive to the other worker clocking out. The vibe was already weird and he was visibly frustrated, he was incredibly impatient with me a customer and demanded to get my vegetables as my sandwich was still in the oven, I said that I didn’t want to do that it would be too complicated to remember, he argued back I felt weird so I just left without my sandwich. I was really not a fan of this man’s demeanor all in all he made me uncomfortable from the second I walked in the door.
I went back to the foodland to get something else for dinner and struck up a conversation with one of the employees. I said I just had a bad experience at the subway and the foodland employee then described the man. They said it was the owner and they had bad experiences with him as well. If this is true, I am really sad to see an owner treat his employee so bad, and then create a environment so bad that he is literally driving customers away.

Major shout out to Harris and Jack. These poor kids were cranking out delicious sandwiches in over 100° and were still so nice. I’m leaving a one star review in the hopes that the owner/manager sees this and realizes it’s not okay to make your employees work in that kind of heat. Like seriously, go buy some giant fans or something that’s so uncool, literally.

The staff was not friendly at all! I ordered 3 kids meals, all the bread for the sandwiches were different sizes, they proceeded to help the people behind me without asking if I wanted anything else which I did. The cashier was in such a hurry to get my money that I couldn’t understand a single word she said. Not even a thank you after I spent $30 and I had to ask to grab my own drink. I really should have left my food there and walked out. Worst service ever and I will never go back.

My 73 yr old father went into subway in Pukalani yesterday afternoon. He was excited to see no one in the store and 2 employees. One employee looked up at him and asked if he ordered through the Mobil app, which he replied no. She said they were only taking online orders & they would NOT make him a sandwich even tho he was standing in front of them in the store. These people refused to make him a sandwich- a paying customer!!! I am beyond disgusted and will NEVER support this company again. They denied food to an elderly paying customer (he is not tech savvy & has no clue how to do any kind of online ordering) It’s completely unacceptable and this company should be ashamed!!
