Omg I can’t. Just wanted 3 cookies. Had a couple in front of me order 3 foot longs. Kid making the sandwiches must be counting out every single ingredient as he puts it on because he’s taking forever. Two employees. The other one pretends to do busy work. Twenty minutes later with Jo end in sight I left without my cookies. Went to Safeway and baking some now. Faster than waiting. Just make your own sandwiches at home if you don’t want to die a slowly painful death of waiting

WORST experience ever! I never leave google reviews but this one needs to be said. As soon as I walked in, I got eyed out by the kid that works there. He IMMEDIATELY asked me what I’m looking at? I’m looking at YOU, I’m the customer waiting for my order to be taken! The audacity that kid has is INSANE. He needs to wise up and fix his eye problem. He should also be fired!
However, the manager was amazing and apologized for his behavior. I gave her a tip for how amazing she was.

Horrible Owner. Treats workers terribly. Gives little bits of sandwich choices. Does not accept coupons. Acts like she does not understand app. for points. Go up the street to the mall or up the road to Koolau Subway for good service and correct amounts of veggies. I would even drive to Windward City Shopping Center to pick up a sandwich to avoid this tight owner who is rude to everyone. I am so sorry for whatever hardships she has experienced, but not okay to pass it on to everyone who walks in the door. Not even zero stars. -10. Negative

Good enough food. Shockingly rude worker. Didn’t happen to me but I witessed an Asian couple enter the store. The woman didn’t speak English and the man ordered for the both of them. While the worker was making the slider, the woman gestured to try and ask something, but the worker flatly replied with “I don’t know what you’re trying to tell me” and continued. When the food was done, the man saw it and said “she asked for this ingredient on the side”, to which the worker replied “she saw me put it on and didn’t stop me”. When asked if a new one could be made, the worker refused. She also refused to reimburse the customers. She was unnecessarily rude to the couple and seemed to actively dislike them. I happened to have a different employee help me and my own experience was fine, but just be aware.

Got a to go sandwich thst my sister got for me. Hardly any meat. Tasted Ike bread and lettuce. Only had like 2 slices of turkey and cost like $14.00 with tax. Food in HI everything is skimpy and not up to quality control like they are doing things on the mainland.

They have a sign that says change any 6” to a salad with a dollar sign and no price. So I ordered a salad and got charged $17. Keep in mind they don’t put anything extra inside. You pay $8 extra for no bread and for them to put the 6” ingredients in a bowl. This is ridiculous. Ruby Tuesdays all you can eat salad bar is cheaper. Also windward mall subway don’t charge extra just temple valley and kbay shopping center. Same owners I think

Craziest thing. The kid working refused to toast my 2nd sandwich. He simply said no.. we don’t do that here. Toasted my 1st one, not the 2nd one. I asked why not, and mentioned if there was an additional fee, that’s fine. Kid just said no. I told him that I don’t want it then, if it isn’t toasted, his response was “Cool man”

Horrible experience at the store during our lunch break today.
The staff didn’t speak English. They started yelling at my employer (who’s elderly) instead of getting someone to take the order who knows how to speak English. They continue to yell at her about her toppings!
They couldn’t tell me the price of anything until I purchase it. In general, my visit to the Subway was horrible. I will NEVER go again.

Always extremely rude customer service and unsanitary. Put your sandwich in the oven and walk away to grab things or ring you up. I would not recommend eating here because they touch items while your sandwich is being toasted and go to make your sandwich. Disgusting !!
