The sandwich artist was obnoxiously chewing on gum and very difficult to understand due to the gum chewing. He got my order wrong and had to redo it. The employees at this location can be such a hit or miss…

The sandwich maker tonight was soooooo incredibly rude! He was annoyed that I ordered 5 sandwiches, sloppily made every sandwich (example – stack of 3 tomatoes & didn’t spread them out & left them as a stack on one section of the sandwich), slammed the remaining cheese back into its section, no hairnet with a head full of thick hair dangling over all the food… I could have honestly bypassed all of this if he wasn’t so darn rude! Completely hates his job & with each person that walked through the door he’s sighing & making noises of disgust. I’d rather be short staffed with a one man operation any day than to have this guy help my customers. Just wow! I gave two stars because the girl at the register that rang me up was super nice. She could even see how rude her colleague was & it felt like she was cringing seeing him help customers.

The customer service from one of the sandwich makers was kind of stand offish. I said thank you multiple times, and the lady just looked at me like I was dumb. The sandwich was neatly packed, but I asked for triple toasted, and I got one. I didn’t want to hold up the line, so I let it go.
Overall, customer service is always number one if your having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers.

This location is nice on the inside, looks fairly clean, the food isn’t bad.The one male worker had some urgency to get the sandwiches out quickly and was nice which I can appreciate. Being that I had a long day in retail and understand when it gets busy you do have to wait sometimes. However, the two other slow nonchalant female workers are completely irritating, taking their sweet time to do ANYTHING. My sandwiches are sitting there done, the one lady in the middle couldn’t wrap them and put them in a bag and hand them off. She just shoved them down the ‘line’ to another slow girl at the register. Who took her sweet time to wrap the sandwiches. Bottom line when you have an online order that is supposed to be ‘prioritized’ and you’re sitting there waiting for food have a little urgency to provide the customer with their food still hot. As well as, the line of customers that are on the inside.

Service was pretty bad. I understand that it was a lunch rush but no one looked like they wanted to be there and they didnt seem to care that they’re customers have been waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. I’ve seen many people just leave because the wait was so long. One person taking transactions, one person making sandwiches at a very slow pace, and one person just walking around slowly watching others do the work. Please work on managing your employees.
