Easy access location and plenty parking. Staff is on it! the lady Alma is very attentive. Place is clean and organized, no fruit punch which is my favorite hope they fix it soon. Ordered Some cookies too, the raspberry cheesecake is so good!

Aiea Location in Waimalu Shopping center. This location usually gets filled pretty quickly depending on the time of day, but this is one of the few frequent other locations of subway that I stop by every once in a while.
As usual, of course you can build your sandwich as you like, and you can choose to have it as a meal or sandwich only.
Along with cookies, chips, and a drink.
So stop by for a quick bite to eat along the way wether you are headed home, to work, or elsewhere.

This is the worst subway ever! I literally asked for an extra jalapeños and she told me they were limited to 8. I offered to pay extra and she said no I could not because there is no way to ring it up. Insane!

Ordered online for 4:05pm pick up. Walked in at 4:10pm and politely told the worker I was here to pick up my phone order. He said he couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder. And pointed to the other lady. I went out to ask her for my mobile order and while asking, the original worker named Jack, started berated me and asking me how much money I make and why I a think I am better than him and more important than everyone else. I asked him what his problem is because I had been nothing but polite. And he told me I was his problem.
All of the customers around me looked at me and apologized to me that I had to deal with this berating. Which even after I walked away, continued. He even told me that I was early to pick up my order and that I was acting like I have money so I can get whatever I want.
After my order was finally completed I politely thanked the lady who helped me. And as I walked out, Jack yelled over everyone.. “you better hope I never see you again”. I truly hope this person is not a reflection on ownership of this franchise. I have been to this location multiple times in the past and have never had any issues like this. A verbal threat of physical harm is a huge problem. And something that should not be tolerated. If Jack is the owner or manager at this location, then this will be my last time supporting this location.
I do hope that the actual owner or manager sees this and reaches out to right this wrong.

They always mess it up somehow.
I do a mobile order to give them lots of time to deal with whatever they’re dealing with in the store and to get my order ready without rush. Still never fail they always forget to add something or do something that we requested.
In our special instructions, I clearly ask for them to add a side of vinegar and they obviously don’t even look at it.

#grateful 4 manager Violeta, this is my favorite Subway it’s what a customer said when I asked her if she came there often. I’m not sure if she was homeless or not but she was pushing a cart. My goal is to spend several hundred dollars on gift cards so I can hand them out to the less fortunate so I asked her what she thought of that Subway and she could not say enough good things about it, in fact it was hard for me to finish my tuna sandwich order because she kept going on and on about how awesome they were compared to the surrounding subways! I will definitely be back soon to buy several hundred dollars worth of gift cards I have discovered the secret to life is the more you give the more you receive as my understanding and all religions is it will come back to me tenfold, I have no plans to invest in real estate or the stock market or Bitcoin my goal is to invest in a guaranteed 10 times return #grateful I have this knowledge and this faith

Made an online order and went to pick up. When I was there at the appointed them the person at the register said that they are too busy. I got off the freeway to pick up the sandwich and couldn’t wait until they were not busy. She also couldn’t refund my money. So I left the store without a sandwich and without my money.

Ordered online 2 foot longs & 1-6” sub missing 6”. Manager AMBER failed to place the sub in the bag. Called back right away to report missing sub. Sorry no refunds and or replacement. Besure to check your bags before leaving. Her attitude sucks, who knows she probably ate it. Terrible service
