I had a beef with everything and stuck sauce, fantastic.
Spotless place. It’s theory Subway ws have been going to for nigh on 2yrs now. There is one closer bet this place fills the Andwich and make them fuller. And we’ve agreed that they taste better too.
A good chain and this one is a good link in it!

Pathetic sandwich! The only reason there are 3 stars for service & atmosphere is because my wife picked it up on the way home from work. The pictures speak for themselves. What I ordered versus what I got is literally robbery. Hardly any meat, cheese, peppers or onions and NOT A DROP of chipotle sauce. Bread was stale as well. I’m not paying $15 dollars for a sandwich that my daughter’s school could make better. Do not go here if you want a sandwich with toppings. Don’t even go here for bread.

Worst at its finest. Customer Service needs to be addressed. My walk out was worth me not purchasing or going off on the staff at this location. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experience especially from a subway. I’m not sure if staff here like there Job. Training is needed in all departments from greeting people to making a decent sandwich. My first and last time I will no longer ever visit this location. P.S Do better please people work hard for money.

Ordered online and when i got to work i realized it was made wrong. Called them to let them know and they wanted me to bring it back right then, like i wasnt at work 30 minutes away. Shouldn’t be this much of a headache when they were wrong. Just wont waste my time going there and you shouldn’t either!

I came in a few minutes after 7 p.m. on 04/08/25. I ordered 2 subs, a double chelate chip cooke and a footlong dorito nachos. I came in and a younger lady ( looked like teenager) who was sweeping smiled and asked if I had an order. I said my name and she went to the back. She gave 5 star customer service. So that’s why I give a 2 because she gave FAR better service than her older coworker who I assume was a manager. If this was the owner, shame on you!!!

The older white lady( I’m white myself), looked at me with a very disinterested, bored look and gave me my bag while barely acknowledging me. . I had a somewhat scruffy appearance but I acted very polite. I came home and I was missing the double chocolate cookie. It seems that every time someone acts rude or disinterested it’s because they ran out of an item I paid for online and are too LAZY to offer me a replacement. I gave a 10% tip which was over $4. I had a Bogo deal as order was originally almost $40. I will make a point of not tipping fast food in the future as tipping should be after one has been adequately, competently served not before.

Very good. So a funny thing happened while the artist was making my meatball sandwich, she went to add the Parmesan cheese and the night shift did not tighten the lid and all the Parmesan fell onto my sandwich. She laughed and so did I. My sandwich turned out good with the extra Parmesan…yes I will return there. 5 stars all the way

I Ordered a footlong cheesy garlic steak on Italian herb & cheese roll. When I got home 17 miles away i opened it up and there was no cheese wow really the name is CHEESY GARLIC STEAK! when I called them about it they said bring it back in and I’ll put cheese on it when i told her i was already home 17 miles away all she could say was oh. No sorry no discount on next order nothing, as it was i stood there for like 5 min. with no recognition that I was even there and I was the only person in they’re store!

Worst experience at Subway of my life. The manager closed early on Memorial Day without closing the online ordering part. So I’m ordering sandwiches, pay for them. And when I go to the store to pick them up. Stores closed and locked, lights out. So no dinner. No money. A messed up evening to say the least. I call the next day to try and get my money refunded and the manager just blows me off and refuses to return my money. I’m going to corporate to let them know how this guy operates as my next step. But beware, the manager is a real piece of work and has no business running a respected chain like this. Really bad for the brand and image of Subway.
