Overall it was good, the first girl to start my order was sweet and professional the other one to finish the order though was throwing around the sandwich across the counter acting like there was a problem. I never knew that making minimal conversation to complete an order could be such a problem.

This place can not make a sandwich. The way that you order it at all. You can order the same sandwich multiple times in a row. And they still cannot make it correctly. And then we’ll hang up on you. When you call to Enlighten, them they didn’t make it correctly and then argue with you. When you come in with the sandwich not made correctly to the receipt. They will still fight with you.This is the worst subway I have ever been too

Nothing says “welcome in” like the employee head down in a table looking miserable. She looked annoyed that she had to get up and make my sandwich. Definitely the personality of a potato with a scowl. I asked her if she hated her job, monotone “its alright”. I’ve had a long, nightmare of a day, i still managed to try to be pleasant. Maybe rethink the choice to work with the public, put a tiny effort into the whole “its a customer, happy customers are returning customers, smile instead of scowl, don’t give the vibe you’re annoyed you have to assist the customer”. Making $20 hr you should smile and be lees rude. I drive through that town often, I’ll skip Subway
