Usually come here for my lunch break and am usually helped pretty fast which good quality and presentation. However today around 3 a girl helped me today n from the beginning I could tell she was just piling on my topping didn’t really bother me as much until I went to open my sandwich n my topping fell out n only got worse as I tried to grab it. Very disappointed in today’s visit. Didn’t even feel like eating it after I had to scoop my toppings back up on try to fit it in my sandwich. Never had this problem before even with my extra toppings.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. They don’t even bother answering the phone — I called three times with zero response. My online pickup order was a joke: I specifically asked for extra vegetables for every topping, and still got a sad, skimpy sandwich that looked like they were rationing food during an apocalypse. To top it off, they didn’t even throw in a single napkin. Between the stingy portions, lousy customer service, and complete lack of care, this place is a disgrace to the Subway name. Never again.

They never have more than 2 types of bread and sometimes only 1. White or wheat. Make what’s on the menu.

This store has atrocious customer service. They wasted 15 minutes of my husband’s time asking to see the order on his app even though he had the order confirmation email on his phone, just for them to tell him that they didn’t have any of the bread that we ordered. Then, they refused to refund us for both of our sandwiches and said that it was up to us to cancel the order even though it literally says in the Subway FAQ to “Order carefully! An order cannot be modified or cancelled via the Subway® app or online once it is submitted and there will be a charge even if the order is not picked up. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact the restaurant where the order was placed (you can find that info on the ‘Order Details’ page).” This store desperately needs some retraining, especially “Tonvia”, if that’s even her real name.

I ordered online using the app. However once I got here I was informed that I couldn’t have the drink I ordered because the “nossel” was broken. I was informed I could pick another drink I told the lady I can’t drink soda can I please just get a refund for my drink since they have nothing I could drink just to be told no they don’t do refunds. How is it a person can pay for something you can’t give them but they are forced to take something else they don’t want or can’t have. I will admit I eat at subway a lot maybe a dozen times a month but after this experience I will NOT return to this store again. I have the did 4 stars just because my sandwiches are normally good but I haven’t tried it yet after dealing with this lady

The service here is really bad. One person serving a line of over 10 people waiting. Understandable short staff, however choosing a person with customer service skills is a must in my opinion considering. I expect a Welcome in, ill be with you in a minute. Being in a chain store in a shopping mall, I’d expect better Subway. Oh and now we all must wait because an online order just came in!

Was a little taken back when I walked into the store there was a young lady mopping the floor. That same young lady went over to a sink to wash her hands for about 3 seconds and then proceeded to make the sandwich. I was glad when she put on gloves. The food was not for me so I really can’t say whether it was good or bad. But it definitely looked delicious. Since I don’t really eat at Subway I had no idea how expensive they were. A footlong, bag of chips and a drink. Over $20

The lady working was talking with her coworker for about 5 minutes while I was just waiting. Than she asked me what bread I want, I told her she, she proceeds to grab the bread than grab her phone with the same glove and start texting on the counter while having me wait again. It was extremely unprofessional and nasty.

I would like to thank the staff and management at this Subway for helping me with my sandwiches yesterday. Everybody has to understand especially here in the South area of Sacramento that every business and location is short on staff it’s hard to keep employees taking that into consideration and how much they went above and beyond for me with the customer service an urgency of my order it was. Please hang in there guys and keep up the good work things will get better hopefully for all of florin road businesses may blessings come down from God . See ya guys next time
