I went to this location for a sandwich on a Thursday at 8:26 P.M. The rude guy working proceeded to tell me without making eye contact and as if he really didn’t care, that they were closed. I asked if he was joking and again without looking up, he said no we’re closed, I just forgot to turn off the ‘open’ sign. Mind you the sign on the door said they close at 9:00 P.M., same as listed on here. Rudest interaction I have ever had and will never give my business to this Subway location again. I would give them no stars if I could.

Very chintzy on the meat. What’s up with that?? One scoop of teriyaki chicken and by the time the scoop made it to the sandwich, some fell out. No redo on the scoop either also boss seems to be lurking, monitoring workers ( what’s that about?).

They are always so cordial and helpful. Every customer service representative and management alike. Quality sandwiches Mads fresh to order. I didn’t read the fine print and while in store I saw I had to order online. They waited while I placed my order and once the order was done being made I was done with my online order to get the BOGO special. Always a pleasure!

I pre order my meal 30 min ahead of time yet I had to wait after two people who the person making the sandwiches states they came in first. So what I’m understand is they have been waiting for 30 mins to get their sandwiches. Now I only have so much time to retrieve my sandwiches. I think it was rude and disrespectful to not only state he must help wh cam first but proceeded to make another customer sandwich even though my order came in before. I understand you are short staff but you can’t make two sandwiches at once. I used to work at McDonald’s if I can handle the front register and the drive thru you can do do sandwiches at once

Very aggressive guy, since i got there he was rude and when i told him i would like to have five sandwiches he got mad and started throwing the vegetables covers and preparing the sandwiches aggressively finally he punched the tools door. I didn’t feel safe over there I believe he was under some influence.

I know this is just a sub way but certain people make a bad day a better one with just simple smile. It’s been a rough week with my wife in the hospital and I came in at closing Steve made sure to be professional and caring that goes a long way after the week I have had. I hate going into Subway, seeing bread on the counter and then the staff trying to make my sandwich out of it. 1- don’t try to convince me you just cut it and it’s good, recognize it’s gross and get me fresh bread. Do your job and put it back after you cut it and don’t be lazy make that half turn you can do it. 2- don’t whisper about me demanding fresh bread to your co-worker. There is no wall…I see you. Customer service is a thing. To top it all off my sandwich wasn’t the best, maybe it was the nasty taste in my mouth left by the staff.

On a Sunday night a male employee was smoking pot right outside the front door… I ordered my sandwich online, a footlong, when I picked it up it was two six inch sandwiches I think the girl who made it was high on pot. I never ate the sandwich it was too risky I don’t know how long the tuna had been sitting out. I will no longer order online I want to watch the potheads make my sandwich so I know they don’t leave it on the counter for 20 minutes.

Went to this Subway after a along 13 hour shift from the Hospital. Sign on the door stated open until 9pm. It was 810pm. The door was locked and tge 2 workers signaled they were Closed . Very Disappointing I Will not be back.
