Literaly the worst service (no english at all) but if you ask a question they just laughed and talked to eachother. Only reason I’m even eating it because I saw him put on new gloves. A little tip, IF YOU HATE MAKING SANDWICHES- DO WORK AT SUBWAY.

Get location in grabbing a quick bite of lunch. Sandwich is ok for the prices you paid but the customer service is absolutely rude and unacceptable. Needs more training in customer service. But my major concerns is the cleanness of this restaurant. Table not wipes and floors are dirty. I think twice before eating here again.

Above and beyond customer service. I was so impressed by the two women owners and the experience they gave us from the moment we walked in the door. From the taste of my sandwich, they obviously use local produce and high-quality ingredients because this was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back again anytime I’m in the Sacramento area.

My account got hacked somehow and someone ordered themselves 2 sandwiches. I live in Philadelphia. Besides calling my bank and whatnot I also contacted the location to let them know not to fill the orders because its not me. This man tells me 2 other women called saying the same thing. When I told him not to fill the order and to cancel to get refund his response was “what am I going to do when they show up?” Plus, said he cant cancel it. So, I’m telling you I live 3k miles away and it’s fraud but you’re still going to let it happen? My bank refunded but subway has not. I also called the local police and made a report. There is also an investigation through my bank for them not refunding after being told it’s fraud. I looked it up and there have been other people with the same situation and everyone wrote they called the location it was ordered at and they canceled. But, here he went along with it for a whole $26.02.

The service lady took care of my order and dietary restrictions related to the food. Regular subway food with sensible service, I liked it. Hated the churros, but I don’t really like churros at Costco as well, so it might just be me.

Good sandwich….the chicken & bacon ranch melt on wheat! Jennifer who greeted me upon entering, made me feel so welcomed. Jennifer’s personality and customer service was outstanding! Establishment was very clean and orderly. Overall experience, was excellent.

This is my breakfast spot now if I am hungry and not fasting. I like it here because I can go for low carb,low fat, and no sugar or just one of the 3. Also I can try different flavors of sauce or make it spicy. The choices are endless and the food is good

I go here because it’s close to my work place. But, I never really had good service here. Some may think, what kind of service do you expect at a fast-food place? Exactly! I didn’t have any expectations yet, every time I visit, the workers still manage to disappoint me. It seems like everyone who works here Haye their job. This place is my last option.
