Wanted a sandwich, went here and got sandwich. Its a subway. The service was perfect. Not sure if its the manager or not but theres a guy there that has helped me in past that does his job well, and hes also a fan of my favorite sports team, so thats good. Go dodgers. This trip to subway though i was helped by a younger woman that was really good at her job. She was thorough, asked questions, was polite and on top of everything and was very quick about everything. I even remarked to my wife that i was going to give her a tip for good service and regretted not having done so. This review isnt money but hopefully goes toward showing that i appreciated your work.

This location is a hit or miss now. Not sure if it’s management or just different personnel. The first couple nachos I got at this location were amazing. Then it went down hill with each order. The pic is from an order that had to be remade because couple items I had removed in online order were present. It is also a ‘double’ (extra $1) steak nachos. I could literally count the steak pieces. I wonder what the regular order would look like from this employee.

For a Subway, this is the best one you will be able to run into without a doubt! The owner is always making sure the store is running properly. The employees are always putting in their hardest work and making the best sandwiches. I haven’t been back to a Subway in a long time because of the poor experiences. This one happened to be under solid shape and great employees. Way to go!

I eat at this Subway at least 3 out of 5 days every week and the customer service I recieved on 9/18 @ 2:17 was horrible. I eat the same thing everyday and it is always made the same way 8 pieces of Turkey and 4 pieces of bacon. If fact on the day before I had the samething and I watched the young lady make it because she was training. 8 pieces of Turkey and 4 bacon like always. On 9/18 I got 4 pieces of Turkey and 2 pieces bacon and I had to ask for him to microwave it. I thought it was odd that I only got 4 pieces of Turkey and 2 bacon, so I asked. The gentleman that was helping me said thats how they are made unless you ask for double meat. I have never asked for double meat ever. He did add 2 more pieces of bacon but he had an attitude. When I went to pay it was more money then I have ever paid and it was less product. I questioned the price and his response is I don’t no what to tell you, I only make the sandwiches and not even looking at me. Like he was bothered with me. I asked to speake to the manager and he said there wasn’t one. I asked for who was in charge. I explained everyyhing to that gentleman and his response was he charged you right. I asked how that could be when I’ve never paid that amount before and I have gooten more with better service. He told me If I wanted to bring in my other receipts I could. I could car less about the money it was the customer service that bothered me. I have been in customer service and upper management before and thats not how you treat or keep loyal customers. Especially in times like now. They didn’t even try to understand that something was not adding up. They just wanted me gone. I will not return to that store. 100 thumbs down.

The breads were soft and fresh. The two ladies working were extremely pleasant and friendly. When they found out we were from out of town and spending the weekend celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with a plate of cookies to take with us. Nice to see real customer service! 🙂

There’s a weird Addams Family vibe about this place. All the staff look like they were cast from the same lot. There’s the angry, dimwitted, Grandma. The grown up, friendly, overweight, Wednesday and the overly tattooed and pierced, rock star wannabe, Pugsley. On the weekends you may see Uncle Fester. He chains his bike to a pillar out front with boat anchor chain.
I work across the center from this place and eat here once or twice a week and sometimes on Saturday. They stopped having Swiss Cheese and Pastrami? The bread isn’t always the freshest and the sandwiches are just so, so. I wish Jersey Mike’s was close by, their bread and sandwiches are far better. Sometimes the store is inexplicably closed, opens late, or even closes for a time during the day?
