As a former general manager in the restaurant business I advise, do not go to this subway! Very rude customer service!! I called to explain that my order was wrong and the lady hung up on me. I get it that it’s been a long day but very inappropriate behavior for service. I proceeded to call again and her first answer was “what” and hung up again which is unprofessional, and wrong. Again, do not go to this subway!!

First thing i am doing tommorow morning is calling cooperate for harassment i tried picking up my uber eats order basterds proceeded to call me a thief because my cc is info was not showing and my phone number was not visible but still charged me checked with uber and was charged for the sandwich because apparently they had started the order. The service here was so horrible that i felt like burning my six dollars would have been a better way to get rid of my money. The tall skinny kid who has a brown Justin Bieber haircut who appears to be in highschool and only works nights lacks any sort of social skills and I could have gotten better eye contact from a brick wall. He was so rude in his tone and lacked the ability to even look at me or have any sense of purpose throughout our whole conversation. I’m sorry for bothering you an entire 2 hours before you closed and learned my lesson not to support your business again at this pathetic location. Next time I’ll just shred the six dollars I spent and put some 1000 islands on it and have myself a salad. Also, we all know that you’re not out of meatballs and you can easily grab them out of storage, because it’s not like you didn’t make a whole new batch 4 hours ago when you ran out. Having worked for a location in years past I know how things roll. Not only was I depressed by this kids actions and tones I left slightly less wealthy with absolutely NOTHING in return. The sandwich I received was so bad that I doubt birds would have eaten it. This place was horrible and left me with an atrocious experience from the FIRST time I’ve been (to this specific one). Do yourself a favor and offer this kid some social classes or therapy with human interaction because I’m not even sure he was alive or thinking more than half the time I dealt with him. He didn’t offer me a receipt and did not wear a name badge, just a green subway shirt. I’m sure the other employees are fine, but this one gave me the worst experience from a food place I’ve ever been too.

I went in after 10 stops looking forward to getting a great sandwich . i wait in line guy infront me ordering no problem I’ll sit on a chair the cook sees me waiting all of a sudden another guy comes in i like i was first im just waiting then cook takes his order b4 mines. I felt disrespected so i left empty handed with no food and a 1hr in 20 min drive back home to stockton. I hope ill have better service at togos.

I have been going to Subway for 30 years. I have never experienced such lack of customer service and blatant rude attitude than my family and i did today on Veterans Day after taking my family out to the movies and lunch.Ari needs a lot of attitude adjusting before she runs off all of your customers.l know i will be taking this to franchise level .i do not recomend this location while Ari is still working there.

Although the staff is barebones they were fast and courteous. Eating healthy with a low price tag can be a challenge while on the go and with the type of work I do I am frequently on the road. Happen to be in the Rocklin area and stopped in. Had an overall pleasant experience.
