Food ok, but many of the sandwich toppings aren’t fresh. The girl who works the afternoons / evenings has poor customer service. Yapping on the phone talking to someone while making my order. Treated me as if I wasn’t there, very unprofessional. Other locations are cleaner & better quality.

When I have my sub made I always have them place the tomatoes on last because I like having the pepper and salt placed directly on the tomatoes. The guy making the sub gave me an attitude when I asked for the tomatoes to be placed on at the end. Saying they only put the toppings on left to right….

Be careful when ordering the deal of the day, because it’s a deal they give you less meat. They pack it with more lettuce and veggies so the sandwich looks bigger. Service was good, but one of the ladies was rushing to make my sandwich and the lady behind me. The subway down the street on sunset does a way better job and provides more meat on your sandwich.

The team is small but a great group. Food is on point for a subway, not a 7 course meal, but fresh and filling. For pickup orders, I have never had anything go wrong. They are better than the mcdonalds down the road with regard to getting orders right.

I came in for lunch today as I am visiting from out of state. I could tell my helper was still new. She said it has been her first day! She was so upbeat and dead on with everything! Her name was Samantha, customer service was top notch! Keep it up!

I online ordered 4 sandwiches at this location last night. Not one was right. Very sparse on meat. Wrong bread on 3 of them. No cheese at all. Wrong veggies. No mayo or mustard. No seasonings. Very disappointed. Large waste of $30.

Food and cleanliness wise the restaurant is pretty decent but very disappointing to learn that even though the closing time says 9 PM, I have come across many situations where the restaurant is closed at 8.40 PM itself. Closing just few mins before 9 PM I understand but not 20 mins before closing time. Looks like those who work here they just want to go home as early as possible. Owner/Manager in charge should definitely look into this concern or I recommend them to change the closing time to 8.30PM instead.

I online order 2-3 days a week and get my order on time 100% of the time. The owner and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Inside is clean and sanitary. Great place to get a sandwich.

Love the workers here, they always remember reoccurring faces and I’d say it’s a little nicer than most subways, it’s still a subway, fast, cheap, semi-healthy, etc but I enjoy the staff.

We visited this store around 5 PM on Oct 24, 2021. The staff was friendly and followed hygiene procedures, washed his hand and change gloves. However, the store was serving bad food, lettuce had gone bad (leaves were turning black); so we asked for server to use a new bag and were told that he cannot open a new bag until the one in the ingredients box is sold. We confirmed that he heard us about lettuce being bad and he noted he did. Surprises, we asked again that are you going to serve us bad lettuce and he said YES. We told him that people will get sick but he said he cannot use fresh bag per his instructions. Then, he proceeded to mix the lettuce container so black leaves are covered. Store is exposing patrons to SERIOUS health risk. Will not visit this store again.
