They cheerfully make the sandwich per my instructions. (I like my bread toasted,)So many other places either screw up part or they act like I am putting them out by asking them to do their job. Not this place. The woman was friendly, polite & made my sandwich perfectly.

It was bad from when we walked in, there was no one to be seen anywhere and when a “sandwich artist” did finally show up there was no hello just a cold what do you want. She started tapping her fingers as if I was interrupting her day and rang me up before taking my husband’s order. The other worker came out and started making his sandwich while coughing…sandwiches were the worst we’ve ever had at this location (very little ingredients/missing ingredients) At check out we got, no thank you,no have a nice day, they just started talking to eachother. This was the worst experience I have had at this location and I’m sorry to the franchise owner but I will not be returning. You should really reevaluate your staff. I hope I hear back from an owner or the corporate office because it is not a good look.

Normally I give a five star all around. BUT I give one star on the QUALITY OF THE PASTRAMI. It’s not necessarily the location? It’s the head quarter’s choice of meat. The pastrami has these long white hard pieces that are unedible. I have to pull them out of my mouth, putting them of to the side while I’m trying to enjoy my sandwich. I took a picture of it but I don’t know how to post a pic on this review. Still a fan of Subway. If they won’t improve their quality, I will go to another sub shop for a pastrami sandwich.

Ordered on Uber eats for pick up. They served me STALE BREAD. The ends of the sandwich was rock hard, barely any lettuce. Tasted like it had been sitting out since 1892. It was completely inedible and I had to throw it out.
