I had a great experience at this Subway. The staff was very friendly, polite, and quick with the service. The sandwiches were fresh, well-prepared, and exactly how I asked. The place was clean and welcoming, and the team made sure everything was perfect. I really appreciate the good customer service. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended

I ordered a 1-foot long Ultimate BMT, the food server didn’t know what it was and she asked me to repeat 3x. Her boss had to step in to tell her what it was about. Next, she didn’t put any vegetables in my sandwich but hurriedly tried to close and cut it. I had to stop her and asked her to put the vegetables and salt/pepper for me. Finally when she cut my sandwich in 4, she didn’t know how to cut it and made a huge mess and food came out the other end. I told her the correct way to cut a sandwich by 4 is to wrap the sandwich first then cutting it (which I have seen it done so many times in the past). Without taking customer’s feedback she argumentatively said, the way we do here is always cut then wrap the sandwich. The food server lacks knowledge and is not fit to serve customers.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway. The sandwiches are terribly over priced and the customer service is terrible. I do not recommend eating here. A regular footlong here is over $17. Also, before ordering at any subway please look online because they have online deals. Prices are so high and people are just trying to survive. There is a buy one footlong and get one free if you order online. Make sure you order is correct and they get everything correct because once you swipe your card they will not accommodate you at all.

I visited this establishment yesterday night and the service was absolutely amazing. One of the workers, Savita, was kind and made my sandwich exactly how I asked for it. Definitely will be back!

Overall, Subway is still one of my all time favorite restaurants that I usually run to for lunch. I would say 90% of the time I get perfect, fast, and friendly service. The sandwich is always good. 🙂 I usually buy a footlong sandwich.

The bread was stale and had a strange crust at the bottom, the meat had a unpleasant refrigerator air taste. Very disappointed. The mayo and mustard also didn’t taste fresh. I Won’t be back.

I sat and waited for over 20 minutes while the sole employee on duty gleefully ate her sandwich and texted before I walked out in disgust. Please change you hours if you’re going to shut down the whole place for a half hour or more.

I always love to go here with my whole family, they have fast and good customer service. I would 10/10 recommend coming here. Their party plater is excellent they put lots of extra things in. Over all amazing for a subway:)
