Really bad restaurant I ever had!
Used to eat their restaurant but I never use their restroom before. Every time I come there, they cover block the restroom with their chips shelf. Today I get one sandwich and drink. After I asked him to use bathroom but he said no. They don’t have bathroom for customers. Is it legal? I think in CA, all of the restaurants have to be let to use their bathroom for their customers. I hope someone has to be sue them.

Went to purchase my lunch during break time. One female employee was extremely rude. She talked to me with attitude and treated me extremely disrespectful. I am not sure of her name because she did not have a name tag. I will never return to this subway in West Sacramento, Ca. If she is going to be disrespectful then I will gladly pay a different fast food business. Again terrible service and I would not recommend.

From now on, we will always got to the harbor blvd or capitol ave subway location. Ever since a new manager has been here (male, 30s) sandwiches have been sloppy or made incorrectly. Today I ordered on the app, waited an hour as the app said to do, but still no sandwich. Finally I went inside and showed the cost charged to subway on Apple Pay but this man (who refused to tell me his name when I asked) spoke rudely and aggressively. I am uncomfortable ever returning to the town center subway location

So I had went to subway on my lunch hour on Friday January 5th 2024 and I ordered a foot long spicy Italian sandwich and after I finished my meal after a few hours later I had got really bad food poisoning and I was completely sick for three day after eating there food. It was such a bad experience for me and I had ended up in the hospital because of it. I just barely got better from the food poisoning. I called subway to let them know what had occurred with me about my experience after eating there food and they said oh I’m so sorry do you want a refund and I said yes because your food got me severely sick and then they continued to asked me do I have the receipt and I said no I don’t have it but I know what I ordered and from that they became very rude towards me because I said well if you can’t assist me into getting my refund I can call corporate about this and then they told me we’ll go ahead and you do that and hung up the phone in my face. I’m a paying customer and I should have not been treated Like that. So I will not be going back to there again.

I like the subway a lot. The young men and women who work here are always very nice. Some of them have been working here for many years. You can always ask to add more vegetables to your sandwich and they oblige. It’s clean and recently remodeled which makes it nicer too. I have clean restrooms for use for their customers

Went to order sandwiches for my kids. I have 7 kids and the staff wrote me a note and placed it in the bag. I thought it was so unprofessional. This is what it said “Just so you know, you need to call in your order ahead of time or we will refuse to serve you”. Calling the location no one answers. I even left a tip. So horrible.

Clean, good customer service but order a tuna sandwich and the tiny scoop they use to put the 4 little scoops on is ridiculous. After the young lady spread the tuna it looked like she just spread mayo it as so thin. The owners of Subways should stop being so cheap or charge less

Did a mobile order. Arrived at the time I was told for pick up. Sandwiches were not ready. Ok great not a big deal. Ask how much longer. Was told to come back in 10 mins. 15 mins later still not ready. Finally got our sandwiches 10 mins later.
1 sandwich had hair in it.
1 sandwich had no meat in it (was a Black Forest ham)
1 was suppose to be double meat. Funny was not double meat and half of the sandwich had no meat on it.
Went in to talk to the manager who got a nasty attitude and would not hear me out.
