This is easily the best subway I’ve ever been at. If you ever wonder how a subway can get 5 stars, it’s because of the people running it. These people are amazing, they were super talkative, they got everything perfect, and they were just a joy to be around. The place was perfectly clean, and everything was in perfect order. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a quick bite to eat. Even though there are multiple subways around, just ignore them and come straight to this one, you won’t regret it.

The Bread, Cucumbers, Onions & Other Veggies.
The Bad
The Roast Beef was so thin you could read a book through it …. that is after you found a piece. The Provalone cheese,the should have been on it was not there.
The Chicken / Teri “with 2x American Cheese, has 4 or 5 Cubes of meat (flavor was good), the “2x American Cheese” was 2×0 cheese.
I called and Man answered the phone. I told him about the problem and he asked “Who fixed them”?
I told him “a Lady”
He said ” oh that can’t be right she always put cheese on the sandwiches …… and refused to consider the problem.
I gave up and told him “OK that is the Last time I will ever go to another Subway …”.
Tried to contact Corporate on line and their Customer Service part of the App is so screwed up it is impossible to actually record a complaint.
OK….. I’m Done!
Hope you get a Better Sandwich then We Did..

This is one of the more impressive Subway locations I have been to in a while. Despite visiting during the late evening, the service was excellent. The employee went out of their way to make me feel welcome and have a quick friendly conversation. Most places the staff can’t be bothered and barely mumble something to you. Looking at other reviews it’s clear the staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond. The location was very clean and my sandwich was fresh and tasty. Great location!

I can see why this subway has such good reviews, writing this from my car before even eating my sandwich. The two gentlemen working were nice and helpful. It’s been a while since I’ve been to subway and I couldn’t remember the name of the bread and helped me without judgment lol Even added a free cookie since it was my first time at this location. I had mentioned I drove further because the other 2 closer to me aren’t reviewed as well and didn’t melt my cheese fully last time I went. Thank you!

Probably the best Subway I’ve been to in a very long time. Regardless of the location, I can usually count on Subway for a fresh, quick bite. However, this particular spot was unique in the exceptional level of service and attentiveness exhibited by the staff members. From walking in the front door to walking out, every interaction was pleasant and they went above and beyond in customer service and simple niceties. On top of that, the place was clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Subway had already been one of my most favorite quick stops to get fresh food. This place had been great like always, greeted by the familiar aroma and had some really filling food. It’s well maintained and had a friendly server who made great wraps. Must try if you’re around in Folsom and needing a quick bite.

I have not been to a subway in a long time. This restaurant is very clean. The service is great. Jon and the young woman whose name I did not catch have impeccable service. Extremely friendly.
