Thank you so much to Galileo!! We had the best experience tonight because of him. Not only did he have exceptional customer service but he was funny and a hard worker. He should be hired by corporate to train employees across America!! Lol no joke this guy has great vibes and we wish him well. Haven’t even eaten the sandwiches yet but seeing how good he made them, I know they bout to be lit.

I ordered a footlong steak and cheese. With avacado and olive. This was what I received. Enough “product” for a 6 inch for a footlong price. They also NEVER have soup. This isn’t my first rodeo with my food there. Not asking for a mountain but asking for enough to make a foot long.

Try to avoid ordering on the app if possible. Especially if you want your sandwich made with “extra” or “light” or want a certain type of way.

If your a regular order person, than definitely order on the app.
Not long ago I ordered a foot long with extra lettuce and extra olives, and for some reason it looked like it was a pinch of both.
When I ask for extra I mean EXTRA not just a little razzledazzle pinch.
I honestly don’t get a lot on my sandwich. Literally only mayo, lettuce and olives and sometimes spinach. Nothing else. No tomatoes, no cucumbers, etc.
So I can tell when I’m not getting the extra of the only thing I ask to be put on the sandwich. Come on now

Also, I am not a fan of fountain drinks, I always order a bottled soda. When I went to pick up my app order, I grabbed a bottle cola and the cashier tried to tell me I didn’t order it.

I’m better check the receipt cause I know I paid the extra for a bottle.

I remember back in the day when you could see the meat that was being displayed? But now they have it covered?When I asked to see the steak before I buy it they said they’re not allowed to show it, again I said I might not want it, Let me see what else you have .They said again we’re not allowed to show it. They can display the tomato, lettuce, onions and all that but not the meat. I think that’s ridiculous. So I said thank you. I’ll go somewhere else. With that being said , I will not be going there no more and a few other people agree with me on that as well. Hopefully you guys stay in business.

Staff here have been fine but management is incompetent and ungrateful to their customers.

Ordered from this place for months, 4-5 times a week for lunch, and on multiple occasions have been unable to pick up my order before the store closes. That’s fine my fault, but the next day I came in and asked if I could have my order remade or get a refund, and was denied both options and was instead offered 10% off my next order.

Ive spent probably thousands on sandwiches at this establishment and they can’t give me an order that I already paid for?

Half the time the cheese wasn’t even melted or items came unseasoned but I didn’t complain because the employees were teenagers and it’s probably their first job.

I’ve seen management as this store arguing with employees before. It’s just pathetic, so many other subways and sandwich shops are so much better handled and the repeat customers are actually appreciated.

A++++ all across the board. We have a big family so we order a lot of food always. We have 7 sandwiches made and neither one of the employees were rude or grumpy. They made our food with a smile and great attitudes. So Freakin Cute!!!

We had just placed a mobile order and every single item that we ordered was wrong, including bread, none of them had lettuce or tomatoes, we ordered 8 different cookie and got 6 macadamias, when I called the store the young lady on the phone was very nice and contacted her manager apparently they don’t give refund even for the items we never received, it’s pouring raining outside and so windy and they tell me to pack my car with kids and go back for them to give us a refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life! Cheap owner/manager! Would not ever go back or recommend.

Subway is great for lunch or dinner, I can feed 3 for under $20 compared to McDonald’s $35-$40. I order using the app and it is always ready on time, no waiting in line. Food is very consistent compared to McDonald’s, which is hit and miss and it’s healthier. Subway is 5 stars in my book.

Negative 5 stars.
Took me 40 min to get a turkey n cheese 6 inch…veggies weren’t fresh and wasn’t greeted until another new employee came in for their shift.

Will not be returning to this subway ever again. Do better.
