We got cookies with out sandwiches… The staff was nice. They greeted us upon walking in. They asked how much of each item we wanted. How much mustard , lettuce etc. The bread was soft and fresh. The veggies were fresh. Only down side they don’t honor coupons. But $20 for two footlongs and it was all fresh. Sounds good to me. Thanks for the great food.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner and told to take my time and that he would help me whenever I was ready. I was feeling very indecisive and kept changing my order I felt bad and was apologizing. He told me not to worry about it and that I could change my mind as many times as I needed. When I was done with my order he rang me up and gave me a free cookie and he was very nice and helpful the entire time. I had a great experience here and we’ll definitely be back. Good customer service and people that are upbeat and nice are very hard to find these days. I do not mind giving him my money.

Came in in ordered two sandwiches with Victoria and Nusheen (dont know if its spelled correctly). I have to say outstanding service. Sandwiches were made with precision and perfectly. Very clean sandwich assembly area and both employees constantly washed their hands. My father was undecided on which sandwich to get and they offered some suggestions that fit perfectly with what he wanted.

When I came into this facility I was right away greeted in the most respectful way. Ordering was a breeze! Tried the new Baja chicken & bacon sandwich on a herbs and cheese bread, with a bit of chipotle sauce. It was VERY delicious, the manager gave me and my coworkers cookies on the house! Bathrooms were super clean! Usually the subways I go to have very rude workers and this one,not one person was rude to me. Their customer service is completely amazing! I highly recommend this subway. how I wish other subways could have service like this…

Great service and sincerely friendly. Although this was my first time here, it was obvious that this is normal. Owner/manager, I don’t know for sure, greeted customers, some by name. After eating, many customers left with a friendly farewell to the staff.

The staff were incredible. They were so friendly. The owner made our food. Kept apologizing to us for having to wait a few minutes. We weren’t waiting that long at all but he was very kind about it. We had a 3 year old with us he was very kind and patient with him. He made sure we had enough on our sandwiches and made sure it was what we wanted. Definitely one of the best subways we’ve gone to.

I was in the area working for a week, and from the first day I went to this location it was nothing but excellent customer service. I was served by the owner and I must say he was just an absolute gentleman. Staff was great, location was clean, and service was quick. I’d place my order online before I arrived and everyday they’d have my order ready for me. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot!

They do not honor coupons. No signs. Only after they made my sandwich and I presented a coupon for a $5.99 Footlong, did they say “We do not honor any coupons at this location.” Spent $12.00. Last time I ever patronize this store. Lost a customer and maybe more – Bad business.
