Clean shop, employees are difficult to understand, when ordered the new Fit & Fresh items they should have 50% more protein. I was given the same scoop as a regular sandwich, had to ask for the increase. Employee was very annoyed. Then added minimal vegetables despite asking for more. Frustration .

I placed a mobile order of 4 sandwiches. Two were exactly the same 6 inch sandwiches because you can’t order a footlong BLT on the app, which is stupid and its own issue.
My husband and son picked up the order and as they were walking out the door, a younger worker hollered at him that she put the cheese sauce for the pretzel on the sandwich, but there was cheese in the bag too. He was confused by this and said, “is it on the sandwich?” And she said “no”. Before even opening the sandwich, I could tell something was wrong. There was bright orange coming through the paper that should not have been there. A Chicken Bacon Ranch is pretty straightforward, and I usually see the white from the ranch coming through. I opened it up and saw cheese sauce, no shredded cheese and no ranch.
My son returned to Subway and asked for the correct sandwich, to which he was met with resistance. The worker said, “well, I told him it was on there.” As if sending a sandwich she knew she made incorrectly out the door was acceptable. It was a problem to have it remade, though it eventually was made correctly.
I highly recommend going inside and watching your sandwich be made. It should be pretty easy to follow what’s ordered, but I guess their time saved in correcting a mistake is worth more than our time wasted in going back to have something fixed. Definitely won’t be going here again any time soon.

Absolutely awful! If they are out of stock of something that you order online they don’t return your money. They say there is nothing they can do. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Talked to the manager the next day after being told she wasn’t scheduled to work- she didn’t do anything. She said her supervisor should be calling me- never heard from her. The employee advised the manager doesn’t talk to customers and the owner doesn’t come in.

I have been to many Subways; this one makes the best Veggie Delites. Fresh veggies, including avocado. Also, the drive-through is always very fast.

Each subway is individually owned, I have no idea when I go to this Subway, I feel I like they are expecting me to steal from them or something, they are not friendly like the one in walmart or the one on orange. I am just not going to partionize places where I spend my money that are happy and professionally happy to have customers. I always get veggie on flat bread.

Terrible customer service. After we walked in, we waited almost 20 minutes to order our sandwiches. They had one employee working the drive thru and the other was making sandwiches. They took forever to fill one order. My friend ordered a sandwich on white bread, and I guess because I was standing next to her, the employee assumed I also wanted white bread, even though I hadn’t even ordered a sandwich yet. She asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, I said no. Then I asked for bacon to be added. She asked if I wanted the bacon heated, and I said yes, then she asked again if I wanted my sandwich toasted.

The counter person was very,very nice . She made a delicious subway salad add avocado and bacon. Sweet onion sauce. I loved it!!

Place is filthy. Toilet paper on the floor, floors are sticky, soda machines are broke. People are rude. After getting my sandwich I am worried now. If they can not clean anything. I wonder if anything else is cleaned. Bread is dry too.
