I’ve been a customer at this Subway for years, and one employee consistently stands out above the rest. She has worked here for several years and previously served as a manager, even running shifts entirely on her own. Despite that, she always maintained exceptional speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
What truly sets her apart is her work ethic and commitment to food safety all while maintaining a kind, patient, and positive attitude—even during the busiest and most stressful times. I’ve personally witnessed her manage high-volume shifts flawlessly while still making every customer feel welcomed and valued. She has even been publicly recognized by other customers in the past for her efficiency and outstanding service, which speaks volumes.
With the new ownership, I sincerely hope her dedication and leadership are recognized. She is without question one of the most valuable assets this location has, and the level of service she provides is a major reason customers keep coming back.

I have ordered double protein sandwich to take out, but I have got less than even a portion of protein on my sandwich. Plus, there was no receipt in a bag. I called the shop to complain about it, they said my info will be delivered to manager and hang up on me. So I stayed with no sandwich, no refund and rude customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Google and the door says they open at 9am. It’s 9:20am and nobody is here, no food is set up, door is locked but their open sign is on and lit up. Subway needs to get it together or at least fix your posted open hours. Completely disappointing.

Ordered a cheese steak online very disappointed in what they call 3x cheese. For a cheese steak this has barely any meat almost thought they forgot the meat for a second and barley any cheese. The grilled bread was just a stale top. Got to love subway save the money get a cheese steak from like beach hut or another sandwich shop, at least I know if I get a 6″ cheese steak at beach hut I’ll actually get meat and it would cost around the same price as a footlong at subway.

By far the worst most disgusting place in Auburn. I always try to give them a second chance and instantly regret it. If you want horrible customer service and food poisoning then this is the place to go. The employees are slow in more ways than 1. The food is discolored and cross contaminated. Do yourself a huge favor and eat somewhere else. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Management needs to make a big change here. First off they disabled online ordering so I can’t order ahead which I’m guessing is because they only have one employee but it’s ridiculous. Lines are super long to where I can’t get a sandwich within my lunch break. Hire more workers stop being so cheap.

I walked in and ordered a veggie sandwich with no onions. Donna who was the sandwich maker there seemed quite miserable. She started making my sandwich and proceeded to cough all over it. Didn’t cover her mouth and did not walk away from the sandwich to cough. I then noticed she put onions on the sandwich after telling her twice no onions. She hand picked them off and left little bits of them on my sandwich. I had a coupon and she didn’t know how to put it in. I had to walk her through it. I will never come back to this location. The employees are obviously not trained in health and food safety.
