The fact that they skimp on the veggies of all things is insane. Regular onion is ~5 slivers apparently. They even go extremely light on the oil and vinegar. I ordered a sandwich with about 5 various vegetables on top as well as mayonnaise and oil and vinegar. It was basically a turkey, cheese, and lettuce sandwich.
The cost saving our local Subways are doing is extremely disappointing and makes me feel like I’m being taken advantage of every time I go (which is about once or twice a year at this point because the sandwiches have nothing on them anymore.)

Ordered online to pick up. Placed order at 215, got there at 230 when it said it would be ready. Order wasn’t started. 4 customer came in after checking if the order had started and they were helped first it’s been 45 mins since I ordered and I still haven’t received my food. No manager to get a refund, online help center was also no help so here I sit still waiting…..

Someone complained on social media about this dude being disrespectful and very aggressive and not letting her use the bathroom saying it is for “paying customer only” WHICH she was a customer. She asked for the dude’s name but he refused and told her “nothing’s gonna happen”. Just leaving it here since i just wanted to help her write a review.

My family went into subway to buy food and was refused to by an employee to use the restroom after paying. cannot believe that discrimination and racism is so normalized to this day. I am very disappointed in subway and the way their staff treats customers. do better subway

Me and my kids went in last night around 5 and the manager i am assuming he was had amazing customer service he remembered my daughter and that she was a cheerleader asked how her game went that day he was so nice keep hiring people like him he was so nice

The person at the counter was very polite, and when I brought up I was on my honeymoon and I asked if there are any cool places to go, they told me some fun areas!.
And they were very kind and patient while I ordered.

Whoever is the manager here, please manage your workers, at least let them know for showing proof and understanding bathroom regulations, yes ofc rules of policies are customers only, but you really think everyone is a paid customer, so apparently a kid has to be a paid customer then to go to the bathroom, I hope your workers are not racist, I don’t care if they been through a hard life, everyone goes through them, better management would be nice and disciplined. I love going to subway, it’s one of my favorite places to eat. However, this specific spot is the worst one I’ve went to yet. The employees are very rude and when I ask for extra olives and pickles a particular worker gives me a couple and I have to ask literally 4 times just to get what I asked for in the first place. This looks horrible for the whole company of subway ,and the manager needs to have a serious talk with there workers on what it means to have good customer service and at the least just some decency to other human beings. I will never ever come back and I hope they get their act together.

I didn’t get her name, however the young lady that was working 6-5-19 at 620 PM was amazing! She had huge orders and was serving everyone with a smile and working as fast as she could. Your company is very lucky to have such an amazing employee
