My girlfriend and I had went into this subway on 01/14 at approx 3:15 or so. She had made a customer order and upon her beginning to eat it had discovered what looks like a bolt/nut in her food. Thankfully she didn’t ingest this. I’ve attempted to contact this specific Subway regarding her item and the health hazard that was discovered IN HER SANDWICH. No one has picked up the phone nor returned a phone call. This will be brought up to their corporate office.

Update: District Manager Cody Severtson contacted me and did not once acknowledge the mistreatment. He simply made excuses for having a terrible employee. It seems this is how customers are treated even up the corporate ladder. Wow.
Horrible treatment! The large woman whom I assume is the manager (she’s always there) was incredibly rude to my elderly mother. The language and treatment was appalling, I was completely stunned. No matter how bad your day is or how little you feel you get paid, customers are still human beings. Unbelievable. My poor mother was so upset that I helped her to the car before getting the woman’s name. Will update if I get it.

The food was not fresh, customer service was poor, and the place was dirty in the front and back. One of the employees went to toss her gloves, missed, laughed, and left it on the lobby floor. Broken doors, constant stream of water leaking from the roof, the veggies were brown, cheese had a foul taste, and the ladies kept laughing amongst themselves the entire duration of the visit, they grabbed the wrong ingredients for all 3 sandwiches and struggled to ring up the order.

Kitty would not change her gloves for me when I asked because I am vegetarian and she was just handling meat. Other than that the wait time from getting in to getting our food was an hour with only two people in front of us. I am vegetarian so when we got to the front we asked the worker “Kitty” to change her gloves. She doesn’t and then immediately just asks what cheese we both want. I said I wanted an egg and cheese but I guess she didn’t hear me and proceeded to toast mine and my boyfriend’s (not vegetarian) sandwich. She sets them down in front of the veggies when my boyfriend asked about getting meat she started getting defensive and saying that he should have asked before she toasted them. When I mentioned that I was getting an egg and cheese she rolled her eyes and said we should’ve asked before she toasted. She at no point gave us a moment to ask, as soon as we went up she just wanted to know what cheese we wanted. She ended up burning her finger when she made the eggs. She kept saying that we should have asked for stuff before she toasted our sandwich and she burnt her finger because we didn’t. It definitely felt accusatory.

Came in here for lunch. Did an online order, waited 20 minutes until I went into the restaurant- waited another 10 for my sandwich. Honestly mad I tipped when I waited for her to complete multiple orders infront of mine even though I was in the restaurant actively waiting.

Went in and got a sandwich. The girl literally put 2 pickles slices and 3 jalapenos slices on my sandwich and when I asked for me she completely dismissed me.

It was Saturday, 2 PM, only one employee, 3 people in line ahead of me, as luck would have it, all 3 ordered 3 sandwiches each ! I must’ve waited 30 minutes. They were out of the bread I wanted, and 2 of the toppings I wanted. The girl working, SUPER NICE ! SUBWAY… PAY 2 EMPLOYEES TO WORK, YOUR SANDWICHES AREN’T CHEAP, PER SE.
