Services and food are usually fine but the past 2 times have been different.Today I walked up and while pulling my toddler out the employee made eye contact she then walked in the back area and talked with her co worker for about 4 min and then came out and asked if I wanted to order now. So we began then the toppings which the past 2 times have been being placed one by one as if not to use to much both times i’ve had to ask for extras of things like pickles cucumbers and tomatoes as she would literally put 2 or 3 each .Today she was snarky when I asked for more and said” I already put them on there ” to which I replied yes “but i’d like more” she added more then sauces and when I asked for oil vinegar salt and pepper I did know she would be vindictive and pour a bunch of vinegar on my sandwich to the point it was inedible which is just plain rude for what asking for a few extra veggies ? It’s not like they come from your own personal garden I didn’t see the issue with getting a little more which let’s be realistic here would be the proper amount because she was acting like we where in the great depression with them veggies any who it would be worth it to go across town at this point even though we rarely eat out and its just convenient because we go to Walmart once a month and its a nice treat to have or atleast it was bf the new worker was hired

I wish I could give it 0 stars. These employees will constantly cancel your order or just turn online ordering off. I’m so sick of wasting so much of my 30 minute lunch break to come pick up my sandwich only to find out they canceled the order for no reason. Then they wanna play stupid and try to blame it on the app. So done with this Subway!

Do not recommend! Our two sandwiches were not worth $35.00. The worst sandwiches I’ve ever been served. I have pictures of how bad the sandwiches are but the review app here will not give me a post picture. Hilarious! They don’t want people see how terrible it really is.

I usually love going to this subway due to not having to wait in liner. I went in this past week around 2pm and noticed it’s been busier than usual there was about five people ahead of me keep in mind they were parties of 3-4 people. I noticed there was only one girl working. Once it was my turn I asked if she was alone. She said yes, that the other person gets in at 5pm. I still had time on my lunch so I sat down and ate for the next 15 minutes I see a constant line and this poor girl running around trying to get these peoples orders. I came back the next day and same thing, busy line and only one girl working. The food was great just hate that I have to wait more than 15 minutes just for a sandwich??? I really hope they fix this issue!

Cleanliness is definitely lacking at this location. There were MANY smudges and mayo fingerprints on the food glass display, the machines were abnormally loud and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The front cabinet was literally falling apart and the dining area was dirty. The staff came out to the counter when we ordered and then disappeared for the remainder of our dining. The food was good but the obvious disrepair and lack of cleanliness will keep me from returning.

I wanted what I have on a sandwich but no bread. I Didn’t know how to order it. I just asked for a sandwich with no bread. The girl behind the counter totally humiliated me. I wish she had been more considerate because I have dietary restrictions. The salad as they called was good but service was a mood killer.

The food is not bad, but the machines behind the counter are so loud that I had to repeat myself a few times for the worker to be able to hear me. The dining area is really dirty, all the tables and benches have dried food splatter that looks like they’ve been there for a long time, not to mention the stuff on the wall. Also, my sister found a piece of chicken cartilage and some lunch meat in her protein bowl.
I don’t believe that was because of the workers though, because they changed their gloves for us between the sandwiches and the protein bowl so I believe that the lunch meat was already mixed in with the other meats.
Also there is a booger on the wall by the bench closest to the drink fountain

Very rude to the lady in front of me. Kept calling her a Karen. And always had to get the last insult in towards the lady.. when she asked for the managers name she said she isn’t going to give out names..

Horrible customer service!
Hid in the back from customers. Finally came out and asked if we needed anything and when I said “Yes, may we order sandwiches please?” he rolled his eyes and went and hid in the back again. So, I left and went to the Perkins street Subway and where I was served promptly with a smile.
I will never go there again!
