Was looking forward to being in town early enough to grab something here. Checker had the door locked at 8:40 when the signs and goggle states it closes at 9. Boo doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to make a sandwich.

The manager of the store is always friendly and helpful. The place is well stocked, clean, and sanitary. When my app doesn’t work the manager gives me the same coupon via her register. Way better than other Subway stores in town. Very careful about observing COVID-19 guidelines.

Subway it always good. But the service,,, ? They were busy and seemed like they were fairly new. 2 people ahead of me ordered a total of 5 foot longs. None of them were cut in half before being wrapped. I ordered a footlong and a 6in. When it came time to wrap them the employee started to wrap and i asked if he could cut it in half. And he said ” well you said u wanted it to go right?” I said yes but it makes it easier to handle. And arent you supposed to cut it in half before u wrap it? He kind of rolled his eyes and cut it then wrapped it.

The lady working there was amazing. She was by herself with a store full of customers. There were 2 “crazy homeless” people babbling…and she stayed very professional and got us through quickly and without incident. I felt bad for her I’m sure she doesn’t make enough to deal with that…but she was great….i tipped…wish it could have been more…

Have visited this particular outlet four times in past four months during COVID-19 restrictions and always had good service. One or two persons ahead of me. All following current mask requirements. Always clean and service is fast and accurate. Food is good and fresh. Friendly staff.

The subs are okay but I went to get a sub 2 days ago and there were alot of fruit flies all over the glass window and inside on the food, meats surely that’s a health violation that’s disgusting
People can get sick from that I literally didn’t eat my sub

Easy access from the freeway. The staff was attentive and very proficient in getting our sandwiches put together. The seating inside was minimal because of Covid-19 guidelines. There is no outdoor seating.

Had an already paid for delivery order of a COKE and a COOKIE but was greeted with terrible service and a rude and unprofessional worker. I arrived at the door,knocked and the worker looked at me and left. After several minutes knocking the worker stayed on the opposite side of the room and forced me to yell through the glass. She did not allow me to explain why I was there and kept repeating she couldn’t make sandwiches when I repeatedly told her I was there for a cookie and a coke. After several minutes of not being able to hear her through the glass she told me to call the subway. I had to look up the number and tried explaining myself but instead she kept interrupting me saying she couldn’t make sandwiches. She refused to come to the door and communicate with me.

Haven’t gotten an order right for the past year and a half, today was the worst. Ordered online, they replaced my daughters 6 in. for a 12 in. Replaced peppercorn ranch for pepperoncini (their words). But 5 minutes later when we came in to replace it they suddenly had it again. They said they didn’t add avocado because it didn’t come on the sandwich, the order and receipt both reflected we had asked for avocado. They also added the cheese and veggies in the other wrap in clumps instead of spreading them out, so you get no cheese in half the bites, and a whole chunk in others. Overall bad service.
