The ladies that worked Wednesday afternoon were so nice. They were patient and knowledgeable about the menu. The store was the cleanest subway l’ve ever been to, and l’ve been to a lot. As a fast food worker as well, I understand how impressive it is to maintain a clean and organized store. The food looked all fresh. Keep doing great you guys!

This is a great place to get food if you’re in a rush or just don’t want to cook. The food is great and everything is fresh. It is definitely the cleanest Subway around the lake. In my experience it has to be 5 stars. All the things are great and the employees there are always kind to me. Overall, great place, totally recommend if you are in or are passing by lake county.

The chick was hella rude. I will never order a sandwich from there again. People like that should not be working in customer service. And I’m going to make sure everybody I know, knows not to go to Walmart for Subway sandwich on a Wednesday around noon. I can’t believe I tipped her almost $4 she’s not even worth a dollar.

Waiting time very bad and around 11;30am a few people in line and the guy was putting cheese on bread I’m waiting so I said when I come it longer wait here he got rude so I left very poor customer service if you have 3 worker working there should be no wait my food was on the counter she said she was sorry for the wait be the other employees butt in was very rude look at the camera

I came in there was a woman with glasses and long black hair. She was on her phone instead of taking my order. I felt like I waited for a long time. She had a disrespectful attitude. She walked straight passed me. Someone came out of the back. She was quick to help assist me with the sandwich. I asked for her name it was Savannah. She had great customer service skills. It looks like this Subway needs someone like that!

I love that Subway sandwich makers make the sandwich right in front of you and you get to customize your sandwich. I also love when I get service from a person who is really good at their job. I didn’t get the name of the man that made my sandwiches, but he was able to make good recommendations and told me good information and I appreciate that.

I am outraged! I walked into my local subway! With MY 6 year old boy and god damn Jared fogle greeted me and my SON PERSONALLY INTO SUBWAY. HE DIDNT EVEN WORK THERE! The subway had to call the cops! Like what is this? I will probably come back tho it was a delicious 12 inch meatball sub 1010

It was alright the food was decent it wasn’t any better than I expected. I think the staff could definitely do a little better with being friendly and be more interested in the customer and the food they’re handling instead of talking about their personal lives. But I would still give it 4 stars it was so pretty good I have been to better Subways before them that’s for sure
