If I could give it a zero, I would worst experience ever I usually don’t come to this subway closest one to me is the one on Tracy BLVD but this one was on my way from work so I decided to place an online order there to pick up on my way home got there asked for my order and when I looked at it, there was hardly anything in it so I asked the lady which claimed her name was Subina if I could please get some extra sauce on the side and she literally yelled at me. You’re getting a free sandwich. You don’t get any extra because I don’t know if everyone knows but there’s an offer going on where you buy three and you get the fourth one free so this was my fourth one but the fact that she didn’t think that I should be getting a free sandwich when that’s what the app is offering is crazy and the way she just yelled at me and walked away to hide in the back and let me standing there. It’s even crazier. Will I be coming back when I get my other extra sandwich maybe but not to buy anything there never felt so humiliated over using an offer from an app so popular

Went to subway at noon, did an online order. I took out my sandwich and found a hair. I went back to let them know and they didn’t want to give me a refund and wanted to make another sandwich but I was grossed out. She was rude saying that we can’t do any refunds and she supposably spoke with a manager saying that they didn’t do any refunds. This place is unsanitary. Poor customer service.

Do not go here, I went inside just now, 6:20 pm. There was a guy I the door to go in the back, guy behind counter told us to hold on. When me and my sister looked at one another they guy went in the back and slammed the door as hard as he could. Then when they came out we asked if we did something they said no he was messing with the other guy..offered to pay for our food. Then we we asked about the get the 4th free he said we don’t do that here online for pick up. And we are closing at 7 and sent us to the other store in Tracy that’s closed. Never been treated so horrible just going into a place to order food. Who lets workers like this work here. Terrible!!

Rude employees lets start there. I went in today with a coupon and for some reason the lady didn’t want to take. She said it was only for online orders but no where on these coupons does it say ONLINE ONLY. I ordered 4 sandwiches ordering online would of taken more time and usually you guys get the order wrong i would of been wasting my time having to come back to get the order correct so id rather walk-in. What is the point of handing out coupons if you’re not going to take them for walk ins isn’t that the whole purpose of coupons to get customers to come in.

Terrible experience at this Subway. The lady who made our sandwich did it in the worst way ,
sloppy, unhygienic, and it looked ugly and unprofessional. After eating it, my daughter got sick. This is unacceptable for any food establishment. Management needs to seriously address staff training, hygiene, and food safety.

I walked in at 11:39 I wasn’t the only customer in the store. The 2 women were in the back stacking boxes. They made eye contact with me TWICE before saying I’ll be with you… I watched two flies land on a piece ham, then 2 minutes later the older lady came out and started on my 6 inch sandwich The younger woman ended up coming over to take over and asked me if the only sandwich there were mine. As she finished my sandwich I told her I also wanted a bottle water and she said “huh?” I replied a bit louder asking again for a bottle water. She nodded her head sideways and said “ok” my total was 8.32 and as I left I grabbed my bottle water out of the fridge. As I got in my car, she came outside screaming saying I didn’t pay for the water! I told her I bought half a sandwich and my total to wish she replied, and said she didn’t charge me for the water that she had given me a water cup… I told her that I did not want a water cup that I asked her for a bottle water… she threw her hands up, rolled her eyes and said well that’s on you… I walked in and refunded my entire order. The staff here is exceptionally rude and this location should be shut down. This is not the first incident that people have had at this location with the staff being extremely rude… The older employee was apologetic, but the younger girl has absolutely no respect! Disgusting

This place sucks. They buy this franchise and are too greedy to use any of the coupons or online deals. The senior workers deny it but the younger workers accept it. They wanna buy and run an American business and then be greedy and not be part of the community. Lame Ill never go there again and I grew up two blocks from here.

Never go this store in the morning. Store open hour is 8:00 am and worker just show up 8:01 am and told me they are not ready. When I asked if you are not ready why your store hours 8:00am and answer is because slow ! If it is slow change store hour do not make people come here for noting!
