I came here a while ago and was very displeased about my experience. I went inside and ordered a wrap. When it came time to pay, the older Indian man told me that the chip reader didn’t accept bank of Stockton.
It was my only form of payment and there should be a sign or have the chip reader fixed. Very weird. I told him I couldn’t pay for it and he made me feel uncomfortable by staring me down until I found a way to pay for it. It was the most uncomfortable situation. I believe he owns the subways, so it explains why he doesn’t care how he treats people. I hear that these subways don’t take online coupons, so don’t come here anyways. This subway deserves its ratings.

I placed an order at this Subway for a free footlong reward. They confirmed the order at 3:30 PM for a 4:30 PM pickup. However, at 4:15 PM—just 15 minutes before pickup—they canceled my order. I didn’t see the cancellation until I arrived at the restaurant.
This is the second time this location has done this, and it seems like they do not want customers to use their rewards here. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Waste of time. Does not participate in free sandwich promo although it says online they do. Been nice if I received a call before driving to location. But I did find one in manteca 7 minutes away

Very bad attitude of the server. Asked for more sauce in reply denied saying sir my other customer is waiting. Anyway she only allowed cash for payment saying machine not working which needs to be investigated. And the price of 3 foot long white bread with grilled chicken (2 of them with avocado) came up to be over $48 which she got from calculator punches. Not much clean store. Food ok.

This has always been the most friendly and clean Subway but after my experience today, I won’t go back. I used the mobile app to order and it gave me an option to use a coupon. Of course, I selected the coupon and checked out. When I went to pick it up, the guy asked if I had a Mobile order. When I answered yes, he turned into her total jerk and tells me that I’m lucky he made my meal because I used a coupon and he doesn’t accept coupons. When I said the app accepted it, he responded that I’m lucky he didn’t cancel it. If you don’t want to accept coupons, take it up with Subway but don’t be a jerk to your customers.

If ever you go to subway DO NOT go to the subway in Ripon Jack Tone (1402B). I went to ask for napkins and he said no. I told him I would pay for them. Still said no go to Starbucks. Very rude, very racist. The customer that was also at subway was kind enough to bring some to me, he heard the way the employee was talking to me. I can’t believe how hateful people can be.

I have never experienced racism at any facility or place to this degree. I was on my way to an appt with my family. As I walked in with my friend and children for a pit stop, my children went to sit down with my friend and the gentleman told my friend not to sit or move the chair. There was no one there.
Then when I was ordering kids meals he told me “ we don’t do kids meals no toys available” I stated that is ok than if I can have a 6 inch combo and divide it in two. I told him I’m getting chips he than said “oh you can’t not have chips with a kids combo” and I told him it’s a six inch in two. He than put the two halves together and than said “it’s longer than 6” his attitude was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I told him you know what sir I’m not getting anything because you are being extremely rude. He than stated “ good leave, didn’t want to serve you people” How can someone be so rude? And I explained that it was not ok to tell my friend not to sit was wrong. He didn’t care. Right after, another customer walked in and stated the same thing happened to them and they left.

subway just doesn’t hit the same! as a person who eats meat, i prefer a fellow person who eats meat to be able to tell me how certain meats taste or new flavors… just change the name to curryway already….

She was friendly, however referred to condiments as sauces which I denied and ended up with a dry sandwich no mayo or mustard. I had to go back because she forgot the Avocado. $18 bucks for a sandwich. Subways isn’t worth their prices anymore.
