This is absolutely my favorite subway that I have ever been to. I’m so lucky that it is down the street from my work. The lady that works there is so kind and friendly and run everything so smoothly. I have no complains!!! Recommend this subway to everyone.

Ordered our subs online and it said they would be ready by 5:20pm. We arrived at 5:35pm and they hadn’t even started the sandwiches. We had to wait until 6:05pm for our sandwiches to be finished because the store was understaffed.
We then got home and one of our foot longs was a 6in. Horrible service and scammed out of half a sandwich.
The only employee was an lady who did not have a name tag.
This was July 20th, 2025 530-6pm.

Worst service ever, I ordered online 20 minutes prior. I got to the store because it said my order was ready for pickup. NOPE. The worker just said “pickup? It’s going to be a wait.” She then proceeds to ask the guest in like “how can I help you.” Like what do you mean, go work on the pickup order that you said was ready. Waited for an extra 25 minutes at the table while she helped the whole line, just for the worker to tell me that they’re out of cheese. Unbelievable service. DONT GO HERE

We ordered 2 footings of “The Beast” the sandwiches were overflowing with lettuce and then as we started eating them the amount of salt was astounding both sandwiches had huge pockets full of salt making them basically inedible. I called the store and spoke to an employee she said she was looking up who made the sandwiches and that she wasn’t sure what to do so she needed to call her boss. I said that was okay I would wait on hold she then told me that I would need to call back in 5 minutes so she could call her boss (assuming they do not have the ability to put my call on hold) I told her that was fine I would call back. After 5 minutes I called an received no answer I continued to call and never received an answer no one picked up the phone or if they did pick up the phone I was immediately hung up on without even saying a word. I called again much later that day someone new answered the phone but didn’t help at all either because they had no way to confirm what was said to me. We basically paid for salty sandwiches that were inedible. Waste of money and time I will never return to this subway.

Worst place ever i went there twice on my 30 min lunch and waited there 25 mins just to get my sandwich i only had one person ahead of me and even her she waited with me while she was making online orders and i asked her for fresh bread because i am pregnant she gave me the worst bread i couldnt even bit it it was so hard… never going there again. I would understand if she was busy but waiting 25 mins was crazy.

My subway account got hacked and someone bought food and used up my points and so I called this store to help me out with assistance and the staff refused to aid me in any way and when asked for customer service number they said to “look online” even though we stated that we cannot locate it. This store and the other stores in the area do not have good customer service, especially in a situation like this.

They don’t accept 95% of the available coupons, even the physical coupons received in the mail. They didn’t even ask if I want mayonaise or mustard – and when I asked about it she just slapped in the middle of the sandwich. Not to mention the abhorrent price of a sandwich. Just serves as a reminder why I don’t go to Subway.
