Indian girl with the glasses gave alot of attitude through the order when i asked to have veggies toasted on my steak philly. (the way its suppose to be made). She then used a dirty knife to cut the sandwiches and even purposely put the avocado stem in the sandwich.

This is the second time this happened, when they toast the sandwich, the aluminum foil fuses into the sandwich and it’s honestly a health risk. I contacted online help the first time and they said that they would contact the owner, nothing happened, no refund. They only sent me a survey after no one ever contacted me. Now the second time, I feel it’s best to leave a review since they didn’t learn from the first time.

Worst customer service Ever.The lady making my sandwich never said hello. She put bread away and ignored us for 2-3 minutes. I don’t like that fact that I can’t see her making my sandwich. Did she change gloves in between making a tuna fish sandwichand a roast beef? Just slapped the fixings on. Put a cold sandwich and a warm sandwich in the same bag. I know some of this might sound petty to some but I believe in giving excellent customer service. No personality what so ever. I will Never go there again.

It wasn’t even a normal hair, it was a NASTY LITTLE SUCKER sorry not little, I mean it was long.

The lady touched the register with her gloves even and then she continued to make my sandwich with those same gloves.
So that was revolting
And the total for 2 footlongs was $25!

Ordered online at this location. I usually don’t order online because they always mess up the order and I usually just go in and order it. This time I ordered 3 footlongs online and when I brought them home I found a huge black hair in my sandwich. The employees working did not have their hair tied up and men working with long beards that are not tied up either. They should have hairnets on their beards or at least tied back if they have beards. This is a food facility and this is very unhygienic. Will not order subway online again due to this issue.

Been here a few times without any issues until today. Usually the staff is attentive and right on with everything. Not today. The older lady working stood and had a full conversation of her own while I stood there. After finishing her most important conversation she made my wrap and then proceeded to tell me she was charging me for the turkey/bacon wrap because it would be cheaper. I did not get bacon. I appreciated what she said about it being cheaper but after seeing my receipt it made no sense. She charged me 2.25 extra for something I didn’t even get. How is that cheaper? I am not a confrontational person so I just took it and left. I will NOT come back here. Such a shame.

I order 2 sandwich 1 footlong and 1 6inch veggie patty asked for all the veggies on. both of my sandwiches I s barely got any veggies I did post pic of my sandwich. paid 19.95 .not even worst at all I’m sure owner of this subway doesn’t care about his /her business at all .
