I was served in a bad way I wanted to add a topping and she told me it was not possible I was served by a lady named Rosalinda and I think it was not her best day at work independently she told me she could not and closed to not give me the bread I wanted and told me she could not do anything for me lousy service I do not recommend the place.

This Subway refused to accept their own coupons that they send me every week in the mail. The coupon was for $5.99 and the sandwich ended up being double the price at $12.54 and I had to foot the bill for this because they were adamant about not accepting their own coupons. No wiggle room on this policy I guess. I do not recommend this Subway, I have never experienced this problem before.

I had my worst experience with these impolite, unprofessional and rude employees here. Not even they understand what I am ordering, they respond very rude. They even try to overcharge me for a half size sandwich. The employees working here should learn how to treat people in a more polite and respectful way. It’s a shame for Subway. Not recommended at all.

The Lady at the counter did not know how to charge my gift card using the QR scanner and said there was nothing she could do. I asked “what about my sandwich “ she said I can’t just give it to you or I’ll have to pay for it.

The lady at counter was very rude and not friendly to anyone pay with gift card or coupon. They will yell at you in Korean thinking we don’t understand what they say. (Unfortunately, I do!)
