This is the 3rd time i have ordered online and they got the sandwich wrong. It’s like incompetent people are hired to follow instructions. Would recommend going to another location or not at all really.

Very cheap. They declined the coupon for a normal sandwich. Even though the coupon only excluded the 3 most expensive sandwich, they still insisted on the cheapest 3 choices(ham, tuna…). So greedy, I would rather have pho, and authentic Mexican food next door still cheaper than this store. This one will be out of business very soon.

I never leave reviews, but this was the worst food ordering experience I’ve ever had.
I placed my order for 12:40, yet I left at 1:10 without ever receiving it. The place was packed, my order status showed “ready,” but my sub hadn’t even been started.
I waited 30 minutes—for what? I requested a refund, but the employee didn’t know how to process it. Absolutely ridiculous. They told me to wait for a manager, who had no estimated arrival time, after I had already wasted half an hour. Just unbelievable.

My review is based on the last 10 or so visits to this location to be fair. I frequent this place solely because it’s close to my home. The owner and some workers will definitely let you know how unhappy they are when you use a coupon. The bigger issue is that they put so little veges (I assume to compensate for accepting a coupon?) that make Subway sandwiches taste like piece of crap. When you ask for anything extra, like banana peppers, the owner will tell you (and her line never changes) “well I won’t be able to close the sandwich with all the extras.” It’s just damn banana peppers, LOL (this happens whether you pay a full price or use a coupon). Also, the app stated the order was ready at the promised time but I ended up waiting for another 10 minutes as the owner was taking extremely loud in Spanish with other Hispanic customers instead of being attentive to the order she was working on. As a first generation immigrant myself and having been a restaurant owner, the aforementioned behaviors are extremely unprofessional and not customer-service oriented.

I ordered a veggie delight foot long.
Bread was very dry and it felt like they were counting every piece of veggie they aded to sandwich.
It was probably the thinest Veggie delight i have ever had across subway locations around the world.

The lady (mexican) that was there was not attentive at all. I ordered the #11 which has 3 meats – ham, turkey, and roast beef. The sandwich was very small and did not have much meat at all. It was not a good sandwich and the “homestyle” chicken noodles soup was not good at all. The sandwiches at TOGO’S are much better. The sandwiches at Safeway and the soup are WAY better than what was served. If you are going to remain in this business please do a better job

I generally love Subway and I enjoy their sandwich a lot. But this was my worst subway experience. Even after asking multiple times, they put barely any veggies. My sandwich is less than half of the size it generally is. It tasted like I was just eating bread with sauces

No one else got sick well the tuna sandwich also had produce on it lettuce spinach tomatoes on my sandwich, so maybe that was the reason that was the only thing I ate and I got sick about an hour or two after been sick four days I have eaten subway sandwiches at least once a month for years i’ll never eat there again! Is there a zero star option? This place is the epitome of horrible customer service. I came here during my lunch break with a coupon that Subway bombards my mail with all the time. I had to wait more than 15 minutes before being served and there was only ONE customer in front of me. I figured, oh well, I’ll have to work on that sandwich fast because half of my break is gone. Finally, when my sandwich was done and ready, I hand the woman behind the counter the coupon, only to hear that it expired a couple of weeks ago. I said that expired coupons were never an issue for any other Subway that I’ve visited across the nation, but she insisted that she can’t honor the coupon. I finally asked her if that sandwich she’s made me is going to trash then, and she just said : ‘Yes, sorry’?!?
Really?!? You would rather lose a customer forever and throw food in trash than honor a stupid coupon that saves the customer a few dollars?!? What a joke of an establishment…
This place should not only be shut down, but the franchise owner should be forbidden from doing any kind of business in the future.
