Wow one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to. I absolutely will not ever go back this location. No wonder they are going out of business. Crumbles my pepper jack chesse and barley added lettuce at all. Worst subway experience don’t go to this de anza store save you money and go else where.

They refused to accept the E gift card purchased from Costco.
When I asked them why, the person did not understand and could not answer. She asked me if I speak Spanish. I said I am sorry, I don’t. I asked for a manager, she said no manager.
What ensued was an incongruous conversation, we could not understand each other. She had no idea what I was talking about. Just kept on saying ‘no coo coo car’. After several times, I assumed she was saying they don’t accept credit card, but that was not my issue. Terrible!!!

The bread was not toasted long enough and was very chewy, due to which I bit my lip very badly. This is the second time i experienced this in this shop, both the times same staff toasted the bread. 12 inch Italian bread with a patty was just toasted for 30 seconds, not sure if that is the right amount of time. I haven’t faced this issue, when other staffs prepared my order.

Pickup order was not ready after I arrived at the store half an hour after the app said it was done. The employees laughed about me in Spanish. They did not bother to tell me what happened to it. The sandwich was sloppily made with the sauce all over the wrapping. The contents of the sandwich did not stay in the sandwich when it is eaten. One of the worst Subway shops that I have ever been to.

We ordered a pickup of two sandwitches and a cookie. When we got home we realized the cookie is missing. The employee on the phone denied missing and said she put in two cookies. Very rude and dishonest, also hang up. Can we have some basic training on the employees?

One of the best Subways I’ve had. The lady is extremely polite as well as patient and so is the Manager. Since I’ve been a regular customer, they know exactly my usual and prepare the way I like it. One of the very few Subways with Mozzarella cheese available! They also explained that the cheese was for Pizzas available there too!

Bring a marker or a pen with you so that you can mark the sandwiches to know what they contain. The seller made a mistake and different sandwiches were given to people who did not order them. In the showcase, they have put a cover on the food containers and the customer cannot see the health status of the food. The quality is very low.

By far the worst subway I have eaten in 20 years. Staff Maria and one more person were extremely rude. For my online order they made me pay extra for cheese and sauce..When does subway charges extra for cheese and sauce?? When resisted they did not give me my food and asked to cancel the order..!! On top of this they said “Never come back”. Is this kind of customer service should one of expect at heart of Silicon Valley? Now when I am seeing this on google reviews, looks like I am not the first one to give this review and it does not seem matter to the owner or subway management.

Never seen worse service in my life! The server refused to give me the order I wanted when she was the one who made a mistake. When I asked nicely for her to fix the order, she not only refused and spoke unkindly about me (in front of me) to her coworker, but yelled at me for asking for the switch. I would not recommend going to this Subway. There is another one about 5 minutes away, it’s worth the extra mile.
