Awkwarrrrrd.. I was holding back my disgust. I’m not sure if the young lady who attended us was new but she just looked so out of it. Usually its a pleasure watching them make your food but this girl could care less about placement. She started cutting the avocado and a price rolled up her arm and onto the sandwich she just picked it right up and took the skin off and placed it back on my sandwich. Gross. She kept putting odd and uneven amounts of ingredients and just overall made the food seem unappetizing. As you can see the skin of the avocado was left in my sandwich and the huge amount of mustard in my sandwich. Probably will steer clear of this one because that was rough

Wow! Never coming here again. I expected this place to be open, since it said open until 5pm. Doors were closed and a they had a sign up “only pick-up orders.” So what do I do? I order online. Patiently wait for my order to be made. I go and pick it up and the lady (looked more like a child) let me in. I’m just gonna say my order wasn’t even complete. Pretty sure I didn’t get a BLT sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go to a different subway! This location is the worst!!!

Used this subway on Door Dash and they completely screwed up the order went to call them and there phone doesn’t work! When people have diseases that limit you on what you can eat it’s very sad people can’t read an order and execute it. The picture is supposed to be a protein bowl!

No one was working in the restaurant when we arrived. After waiting several minutes, an employee appeared from their break. This employee had difficulty understanding our order. Since she was the only person working it took a long time to make our meal.

I unfortunately just had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. There was a younger woman with braces working who incorrectly made my sandwich. I ordered a footlong chicken bacon ranch, and she packed it up and was ready to ring me out. I told the woman that I would like vegetables. She rolled her eyes, sighed and then proceeded to remake a new sandwich, this time correctly asking for my choice of vegetables. When I go to check out she says “so 2 sandwiches right?” I replied with no I dont want the original incorrect sandwich, I want the second one only. I was met with eye rolling, she was shaking her head in disbelief, sighing, and being incredibly rude. I have never given a bad review, but unfortunately I just felt that I had to this time around. I was being incredibly kind and understanding. Unfortunately this location has forever lost my business due to this encounter.

Hands down worst subway I have ever been to! I have given this place multiple chances since it’s right next to my gym and I understand that it’s been hard to find good employees lately. That being said I stood there for 10 minutes with me being the only customer in the store and three employees behind the counter completely ignoring me and then I get served a sandwich with bread so hard and stale it was like a loaf of cracker. There is a large sign outside saying that they are having (big changes) apparently that means worst customer service and food. I will never go to this subway again. I guess the owner is not concerned with having a successful business. I got my money back and went to a different subway.

I ordered several times Meals without bread (Aka Protein Bowl) and every time I go pick it up they give me a sandwich.
Once, the worker asked me to put Bowl and once she checked the ticket she realized she made a mistake. The same lady did the same mistake the following week

Says 9pm closing, means 8:30. Food, cleanliness and everything is super and when owners there and open until actual closing it’s easily best Subway in town. Should be five stars but like I said if it’s after 8:30 and your not inside no sandwich for you! This has happened 5 or 6 times now in past 2-3mo so I’ll no longer be driving the 10 minutes out of my way after work. Too bad
Edit: I’ve been back recently and increased there score from 4mo ago. They are significantly understaffed but it seems they are trying really hard to be open for hours posted which was my only knock on them originally. Still really clean store, friendly staff and really good sandwiches. Still best Subway in town.

Staff was friendly, but the ordering experience wasn’t great. I ordered a Baja turkey, they made a Baja chicken with no bacon and no Baja sauce. The chicken was still frozen even after having it toasted. The avocado wasn’t ripe yet, very hard. I’d recommend to look elsewhere for subway.

I really like this Subway because it is always clean. Most of the associates are friendly, but the portions are hit and miss. Sometimes I get a huge sandwich or salad, while other times it is pinner. The owner needs to let you too using a debit card. Prices are okay, but slightly rising. Miss the good old days of the five dollar footlong!
