Most of the people that work here are hella rude! I went there to buy 2 footlongs for my family and asked for extra mayonnaise on my sandwich. The guy added 1 line of mayo. I mentioned again that I wanted more and the employee said, “the manager told me I can’t put extra sauces on the sandwiches. I’m paying for my sandwich! It’s not like I’m asking for extra meat or cheese. I will not pay $14 (or more) for a sandwich and not have it prepared the way I’m paying them to make it. They are conveniently located near my house but I will go out my way to patronize other restaurants. They need a whole new staff! But it always start from the top so it must be coming from the owners.

Worst customer service ever experienced! I would give 0 rating if i would have that option! Server was hella rude! We order 3 sandwiches. 2 with meat options & 1 with veggie patty! She prepared 2 meat sandwiches first & then was expalining that veggie patty was not available! She could have explained that way earlier! Also when we asked for some online order clarification she was giving really rude answers! I will never go back to this place again & would not suggest anyone to go back there! If you dont know how to talk with customers please stay back at kitchen! BS

Was truly bummed that they didn’t have the bread we ordered when we placed our orders online. They only had 1 Italian footlong and the rest was wheat. All the other bread was baking. When she got to my sandwich she was about to put it in the toaster and I told her I didn’t request toasted. So she proceeded with finishing the order. At the end I realized that I never saw her warm up my bacon, so I asked did she heat it up and she said yeah. I knew she was lying and when I got to the car I checked and surely that bacon never touched the microwave because she had intentions on toasting the sandwich. But why lie? I didn’t have time to take it back in there cause I was on my way to the airport.

I ordered a sandwich few minutes ago from here and it was rediculus. What I ordered and what I got was like the expectation vs reality. I don’t know who’s working on this shift but this is not the way you make a order! It’s May 29 and the pickup time was 11:03pm. I ordered a spicy nacho chicken with Italian herbs and cheesy bread, Rotissty chicken, pepper jack cheese, cucumbers, jalapenos, banana peppers, cheddar cheese, creamy sriracha, bhaja chipotle sauce,and subcruch. But what I got was a white bread, some chicken no dressing , bunch of jalapenos, banana peppers and couple slices of cucumbers.

I don’t know what’s going on, but apparently this morning the lights are on in another building the only to come check it out because suspiciously something is really going on inside his buildings so my leg living inside the engineering room with the fire started at and now another person inside the Tax area so whoever owns this building need to come out here and check it out before it is too late For all your abilities get caught on fire and the eagle. Have a heavy lawsuit this morning. Lights came on inside that other building are you sent photos already? We’ve been uploaded so I hope the owner takes a look and see who’s actually owns that building for AT&T and Target and all these other locations are at somebody’s inside the engineering Room. Please check it out immediately. I’m tired of calling the emergency police number.

I love going to this particular subway location. Parking is easy to find. I am a regular and always order online or in person. Clean store and vegetables looks fresh! My experience so far has been great and I will be going back. Thank you.

Ordered 2 rotisserie chicken sandwiches for pickup and they had almost zero chicken. Seems like they make your sandwich with zero effort when ordering through the app for pickup. Don’t order from here !
