Ordered online and she hadn’t even started our sandwiches when we got there although there were 0 customers in the store. Refused to cancel the order so I could order from further down the toas so we wouldn’t have to wait. And wasn’t as good as other subways. I certainly will never stop here again.

They did not have a thing that I wanted. When we first arrived, we asked if the boss worked with the coupon, she said yes but then when finished making a meatball sub (not what I wanted) I’m a nice person so I didn’t walk out then.

Not very happy with my order or the customer service. I order the special of the day sandwich and requested to spread the mayonnaise on the bread first. She was not happy with my request!! Said somethings that I did not understand at that point. I asked to have it toasted… again same attitude, she kept saying somethings to herself I think…. since I did not see anyone else at the store. When she was done wrapping the sandwich she said ” It’s hard to make sandwich like this” no good! and charged me for the sandwich and notice that she did not charge the right amount. When I requested an explanation about the amount she said ” no special price, thirty minutes to close now regular price and you asked for toasted so that is like a little bit extra for toasted bread you pay special tax and then state tax.” I understand that it was the end of the day, probably she was tired. For me this was my last visit at this store. Sorry!

Went here last night for two foot longs. As soon as I pulled out the Subway coupon sheet I got in the mail the lady got an attitude, rushing me, and not listening when I was telling her what I wanted. I handed the coupon sheet to my friend that came in with me and she says “You can’t share coupons in here” so I asked “Why not” and she says “Because this is a business”…. SERIOUSLY… so then she rushed through making my sandwiches and rolling her eyes at me since I had to repeat myself with what I wanted because she was ignoring me and only focused on the coupon sheet. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Subway in the Area. Service. Cleanliness..Freshness of Meats..All Bad. I would rather drive 30min away than go to the Greenhouse Subway. I can deal with bad Service and I have eaten at some pretty sketchy places. But the Second time getting Sick I was done..No thanks..The Health Dept needs to pay that place a visit..

Needed a breakfast egg sandwich to go…but I got steak egg and cheese with spinach, tomato, onion….and a tiny line of honey mustard, oh yeah. Of course it was 2-3 $more than Jack’s or Mcds, and worth it. If you work the app they will have it ready to go when you get there. No crowds.

Came here for the first time in the whole 15 years I have lived in San Leandro. Only because of the TMobile Tuesday free sandwich deal. The manager/boss lady saw my phone app, looked disgusted. We had two phones and my dad with me. She kept on saying only 1 phone per sandwich, which was fine by me, but she just walked away, I thought she was going to get my sandwich, but she just ignored me, kept me waiting there.
To it’s credit, the other two workers were nice and friendly, hence 1 more star for the workers. I feel sorry for them to work under/with such boss. The boss lady kept an attitude ever since she saw the TMobile app. She did give us two sandwiches at the end, kind of tossing the sandwich to me and gives us the “talk-to-the-hand” look.
She did say she made like so many sandwiches for TMobile customers on that day. I’m not sure how much TMobile pays Subway per sandwich, appears not enough for the boss lady. She definitely wanted more, because she said to my dad after turning down her chips and drink offer, “you just want free food, huh?”

Came here looking to eat fresh and wow! Mind = Blown. What I received was more than just a fresh meal but a bundle of professional customer service, hospitality and satisfaction. I will yearn for this experience once more and because of this me as well as my future generations will always dine at this subway.

Had a coupon for footlong sandwich. Over charged and they are now charging .10 for the bags. No notice anywhere so you can yes or no. Not good. Sandwiches are still good. The “garlic bread” only uses a spread it is not baked in like the picture suggested.
