So because the other Oakley subway was closed I went down the street to this one. Currently 4:53. There were 2 ladies inside cleaning with the door locked. When I tried to get their attention they turned the lights on. Again sign on the door says open and it is within their hours. Shady business practices at Oakley subways.

This Subway is consistent for a good sandwich. My go to is hot pastrami on Italian Herbs and cheese or sometimes I go for a wrap. This location has been newly renovated and is always clean. The employees are also very friendly.

I ordered a cold sandwich and hot soup. The sandwich was great but the girl working the counter ladles out soup from a container out on the line. Then she carried it to the microwave to heat it. When I got home and started my meal, the soup was barely warm and tasted like it was going sour. I didn’t eat it. I’ve had soup there before and it was served piping hot without microwave heating. Idk what they’re doing, but it isn’t good. My cold sandwich was fine. I called and spoke to the person who served me and she said, “I’m sorry but we are closing now and I can’t help you. If you call again tomorrow I will try to help you.” I said I don’t need help from you but you should throw that soup away and not serve it again. I hope she did that!

Got steak and cheese and tasted off and very dry not only that but it messed up my stomach and made feel off. I literally seen the steak mixed with other meat idk if it’s pork or chicken but nothing should be in the same place you scoop from as the other. The prices were way above an average subway too! but that’s not the reason it’s getting a bad review it’s because the food quality has to be looked at with safety and portion sizes need to be fixed too!

Subway is always a hit and miss. 4 foot longs with instructions and it was still made wrong. Although it is not all the time. It is a little frustrating when the order is wrong.

Worst of the worst. Went in for 2 of the 6.99 ft longs and they said you half to buy one at a time, so I did, i ordered the sandwich and paid for it online through the subway app and when I went to pick it up, they refused to make it. Basiclly they were to lazy to make the order so they simply denied it. The owner is obvioisly cheap and doesnt want to honor the discount. Bad business. Never again

I crashed their system and they offered me a cookie for waiting. I really appreciated their customer service, and didn’t make me feel bad for what is my worst nightmare. Sandwiches are always fresh and delicious when we come. I wish I would’ve asked the woman her name but she was very very nice!

The employees are the best at this location but unfortunately because the owner never seems to participate in the promotions I have had to take my business to the location at the streets of Brentwood. I was buying sandwiches for my family 4 to 5 days a week and unfortunately this location lost my business.
