I should have checked the reviews before I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches. The online order specifically said extra veggies and she wouldn’t even consider it. I was there before she made it and I even reminded her she just smiled and kept making my sandwich. She didn’t say one word to me the entire time from the moment I showed up until I took my sandwich and left not even hi, how are you, thank you, have a nice day or anything not a single word.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! The owner will not participate in any promotion even though it says in the app that they are a participating location. If you place an order they will cancel it. My order said ready at 12:45 and when I arrived to pick it up they told me they would not make it because there was a coupon attached to the order and that my order “eventually” would be canceled and I would be given a refund. My order was not cancelled until 1:16 half an hour after I arrived to pick up. Also, this place is dirty and had mold in their agua Fresca drinks.

I placed an order for two sandwiches totaling $38.89 and the worker there said she didn’t receive anything. I showed her my bank statement and my email that i ordered at her store. But nope not only did she refuse to give me my food she wouldn’t give me a refund. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I will never purchase from this store what a joke!!!!

I am sorry, but if you are gonna deny honoring a 2 for $11.99 coupon that ONLY excludes signature wraps, Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread, and Pit-Smoked Brisket subs and are just ordering Chicken Bacon Ranch subs (an item that is not specified anywhere on the coupon as being amongst those exclusions), you don’t deserve business from me.

Order for pick up through app and they forgot the cheese and it was cold by pick up. They barely added ingredients so it was mostly meat and bread. Definitely dissatisfied especially since I love this location. Usually the older woman helps me and she’s amazing!!!!

By far thee worst experience..I arrived at the location around 9am for a quick breakfast and to my surprise the store was closed. opening time posted on the door says 8am 20 minutes after 9am a woman named “Rene” appeared out of breath from running up the street to open the store. Once the store opened I was told the drawer needed to be counted and food still has to be put out, at this point I was flirting with being tardy to work so I asked for a managers information to file a complaint and was denied…

I usually don’t review places much less chains but my goodness gracious I didn’t think messing up a sandwich was possible. I’ve been here before and the other times my sandwiches haven’t been messed up. I’ve seen three workers, two of them dudes and the recent one a lady. The lady was the one that messed up my sandwich. I ordered a foot long on flatbread with the elite chicken and bacon ranch. She assembled it hamburger style rather than the usual hotdog style. She ended up rolling up my sandwich, yes rolling it like a burrito, and it was just a mess to eat. Idk if she’s new or something but definitely shouldn’t be working alone. Don’t usually care about service since I go to a place for their food not service but food was not enjoyable only messy.

So this is the second subway I went to where the company decided that.
The employees do not want to work.
I went inside tried to use my coupon for buy one get one free and he told me no I’m gonna make sure I go to every subway in this town just so I can find one that will except this coupon and if none of them except it I will leave a bad review at everyone.
Their company gave out a coupon by them refusing to take it not only are they not wanting to work but subway is losing money regardless of how much.
How do you think blockbuster and Toys “R” Us went out of business?
