I ordered through DoorDash from this subway. I ordered a veggie patty and received it without the patty itself. Is your staff this irresponsible? Horrible service and will never order from this place again. Also DoorDash never refunded me for this mistake. Wasted my 24 dollars for an empty sandwich. I had a fantastic experience at Subway! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making my sandwich just the way I like it with a smile. The food was fresh, with vibrant veggies and perfectly toasted bread. The best part? And the employee at monday evening is nice and good communicate with good nature The ambiance. Clean, bright, and welcoming, it felt cozy and inviting, perfect for a quick lunch. Definitely going back!

Very disappointed with this Subway location. The hours online and on the door clearly say they close at 10 PM, so I made sure to get there with plenty of time. When I arrived, the door was locked, but I could see someone inside. The person didn’t bother to open the door or even tell me they were closed. It’s incredibly frustrating when you show up within business hours, only to be ignored without any explanation. I won’t be returning if they can’t even stick to their posted hours or communicate properly.

I have been here a few times with no problem, but walked in there today. With my granddaughter. I was paying for my order. She was paying for her order. I ordered my food. Another lady walks in behind my granddaughter, and instead of the lady, taking my granddaughters order. She took the ladies order behind her when I asked the girl. Hey she’s next. She said no she’s not she’s with you. I said yeah she is with me, but she’s paying separate, so she’s next. The lady Argued with me and I walked out with no food. Never will go back here again. Worst Customer Service.

Worst place to eat, service is the worst I’ve ever gotten. Wish is was able to give 0 stars. Was told they couldn’t help with without a mask, when the mandate has been lifted, then was told no when asked for a name of a manager, as well as hers to write in my complaint. Most UNPROFESSIONAL employees working. Photo attached of employee ignoring me when I was talking to her.

Had a very bad experience today, felt totally discriminated against, and was treated very unkind while trying to order my food. The worker Marisa Paleo was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to serve me. The food was made so poorly and thrown together with such negative energy it made me regurgitate the food!! Totally disgusting! I will never go to this location again! I will be contacting corporate offices to further this complaint. And I look forward to a response/ expecting a response from management. #sickfortheday #subway

Visited Subway again today. The people who work in this location work so hard and are always understaffed. And some of the customers!! I don’t know if it’s our neighborhood or something that makes people feel overly entitled in a Subway but they are awful. They treat the staff horribly. And if there are people in line, they don’t care. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 25 years and have seen it all but what is it that causes the people who go to Subway to be so rude and awful. The staff does not deserve it.
It’s a typical Subway however, it’s much cleaner than most and they usually have more than one staff person working so if you crave Subway, go to this location.
