Bad service. Was denied our child use of restroom.

I didn’t get her name but the woman working Friday 1/19 for the closing shift was the nicest and most helpful employee EVER. Had a huge confusion with the Subway app and she was so understanding and kind. Saved my night and the food she prepared was super yummy. 10000/10 for her <3

What happened to service with a smile, lady behind the counter never even said ” can I help you she just stared”. All I ordered was a 6in sub with a coupon that expired a few days ago and she wouldn’t accept it. That’s just bad business especially when you put out coupons all the time why even have an expiration. I’m pretty much done with Subway shops especially in Walnut Creek at Geary

Rude staff. Was there on 10-2 with my daughters softball team and the worker couldn’t handle 12 customers in the restaurant she yelled at my daughter because my daughter didn’t hear her ask a question. Which is when I explained nicely that if she ever yelled and my daughter again I would be happy to come across the counter and help her with her manners. We play a few tournaments there every year and we won’t return to this location for food ever again.

Mexi-Cali hit the spot! Flavorful. Pricer than Subway used to be, but it was tasty so, oh well. Service was ok. Woman came off impatient, like I she didn’t like people asking her to make them a sandwich lol..oh well, the sandwich was good.
