The last 3 sandwiches I’ve picked up from this location have missed basic ingredients and they skimp on what they do add. First two times I thought, ok new person or something, benefit of doubt and all that. But this third time, there was only one couple sitting at a table and no one in line, yet they still messed up the sandwich and barely anything on it. I should have learned from the first two times I stopped by this location.

Took my paper coupon, used the built up dollars and the free sandwich from the app without asking. Refused to give back the coupon and then ripped it up in front of me. Too late is what he said when I asked why he used the free sandwich and then used the $4 on my profile. I only received a sandwich and nothing to justify using the $4. Scamming people is what it felt like. The vegetables were minimal such as 5 olive slices, a few pieces of spinach, four pickle slices, etc…

Only ever one worker here, so the line takes forever. Not to mention it’s miserably hot inside. So not only is the order taking forever, you’re sweating waiting for it. Owner needs to hire more help and allow them to turn the AC on. Ridiculous atmosphere.

Raj was so polite and very nice she really prepared my order the best way you can ask for she was very clean and tidy in the work space and was always attentive to her employees as other people ordered. She has a way for getting things done in Ana orderly manner and very engaging in conversation along with her orders.

These clowns are terrible
They won’t accept the coupons that corporate puts out in the mail
They also won’t let you get loyalty points if you use the app to order.
They are just doing as little as possible to keep the name over the door.

The lack of management is insane. They didn’t wear gloves making my sandwich, the manager/Assistant manager didn’t bother to help the new person on their first day and ignored her while the worker was struggling. They had no shame and played it off like it not a big deal. Please take your money to an actual restaurant that cares about quality and standards

Doesn’t except Subway Coupons! Way over priced for quality of food. I got a six inch sandwich $9.99. I got a meatball sub footlong meal which was just under $16.00. The lady there was counting the meatballs on the sandwich. I will never go there again!!!!!

My salad was missing smashed Avocado which I paid for, and the bowl was half a empty. I got a better salad when I ordered door dash earlier from a different subway. And now the restaurant won’t pick up the phone. I want a refund for the Avocado. This is the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. This salad is not worth the $13 I paid for it. I could have gone to safeway next door and bought a bigger salad for less.
