I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was shocking. I came in to get a sandwich for my father, who is battling cancer. From the moment I walked in, the employee at the counter was rude, dismissive, and openly mean. She never asked if I wanted the sandwich toasted and rushed through the order as if I was an inconvenience.
When I politely asked for it to be toasted, she abruptly said “No” and told me it was “too late.” When I asked if it could be remade, she coldly told me I could either pay for it as-is or leave. The interaction was so hostile that I ended up crying in the store.
The manager eventually arrived and remade the sandwich but largely sided with the employee, making it clear this behavior is tolerated and reflects a larger issue with how this location is run.
I ended up driving to a different Subway afterward. Anyone reading this should do the same and avoid this location if you don’t want your day ruined.

Terrible experience! Do NOT visit this location EVER. I found an odd small item in my sandwich almost resembling a bug. Immediately vommited. The customer service was terrible with a very rude lady behind the counter, not knowing how to do her job at all and when I tried correcting her due to the fact she was making my sandwich wrong she gave the WORST attitude making dirty faces towards me as a child would. Horrible experience and seems very unhygienic do not visit this location.

On god these people are so annoying. The manager was literally saying I was harrassing him because he wouldn’t give me my correct drink. My sandwich was charged for double bacon and I got one slice lmao. Wish there was more I could do than leave a bad review cause Jesus Christ these people literally make me hate the world

The manager was rude and disrespectful! I tried to use a gift card that was bent (see picture) from being at the bottom of a gift bag. I just needed him to enter in the number manually, instead he called me a liar saying there was zero balance when in fact the balance was exactly what I said it was (see picture). He accused me of coming in not prepared to pay when he couldn’t enter it correctly. He embarrassed me in front of other customers and my child. I will never give my money to this location ever!

I had the No. 5 Bella Mozza, pretty good! New people behind the counter today not sure what a No. 5 with everything is supposed to include? An hour before lunchtime?
Note to owner: The drink fridge away should be moved away from the register area before you get a call from the ADA people.

New menu with 12 sandwiches! I had the No. 4 which was pretty good! They also have the “Local Favorites” sandwiches as well as the other sandwich that they used to have as well as the build your own. What they do not have any longer are the Breakfast sandwiches and wraps.

False advertising. Thursday meal of the day is “chicken and bacon ranch”.
