So I look up the store hours and head over there only to find it closed, getting renovated or something. The weird thing is the business owner didn’t think it’s necessary to update the hours on Google.

I paid $13 for this footlong sandwich. Let that sink in. If you aren’t paying attention they barely give you anything. I guess this specific franchise is trying to save a penny. Yet again the rich strike us again.

I ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich and they mainly added lettuce and veggies almost no protein. This was an online order maybe different if you go in person, should not differ either way.

Typical South Bay franchise run by you know what type of ppl. Super cheap and skimpy with ingredients…. picture says a thousand words.

Dry Sandwiches, Stingy on Sauce
I regularly order sandwiches from Subway and usually have a good experience, but this branch has disappointed me twice now. Both times, I explicitly requested extra sauce in the customization options and order comments, yet the sandwiches arrived nearly dry. It’s like they barely put any sauce at all. Not sure if they’re trying to cut costs, but it really ruins the experience when you end up with a dry sandwich that lacks the flavor and texture you expect. I’ll try a different branch next time—hopefully, they don’t skimp on the sauce.

What a joke of a Subway. Came in to get a burrito and the girl at the counter couldn’t care less. She was glued to her phone and acted like I was disturbing her “me-time” by daring to order food. Zero customer service, zero respect, and a whole lot of attitude for absolutely no reason. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t work in customer service? I just wasted $20 on food served with a side of arrogance. Never stepping foot in this location again

Food was okayish. But what really made my blood boil was the rude lady serving us today. She definitely had an attitude towards me for no reason. Got less portions than i usually do in this store. I dont know what i did to offend her but she was clearly bothered by me just ordering what i usually order. Also, i work in fast food and i get that sometimes during rush hours, things get to you but it’s simply not okay to put someone else’s frustration onto a different customer. I regret not asking for her name.

I think the only thing that could’ve made the experience a tiny bit pepter was the view from the windows.. and the meat was sliced incorrectly.

One particular staff here always forgets to toast and just keeps my sub in and takes it away and the meat always comes out cold and raw with cold cheese, even though I requested it to be toasted. Otherwise like yet another subway.

Nancy, a sandwich artist and/or manager (don’t really know), she helped me with answering my question of whether I could use my coupon of 2 footlong subs for $12.99 on the #4 Supreme Meats, which a different subway location told me that #4 costs extra and coupon wouldn’t work.
She also continued to ask if I had a coupon for a free cookie since I was buying 1 cookie with my subs anyways. I didn’t want to ask or bring it up as I had been told by that other different subway location that I couldn’t stack 2 coupons or more. Nancy clarified it usually applies to 2 coupons of positive monetary value. So my free cookie coupon was acceptable at her location. Great service is all I’ve got to say.
