This place is SLOW. I had to repeat my order twice. I usually say my main order fully so they don’t have to ask. I got asked what bread I wanted twice and after asking for it to be toasted, she asked if I wanted it toasted.

The person making the sandwiches wasn’t very good. She didn’t finish helping me before she helped the next customer. She didn’t ask if there was anything else I needed til I said something to her, then she helped them then finished up with me and started making the wrong sandwich til I told her.. she never apologized or anything finished my order and helped the next person… they need more then 1 person at lunch time making sandwhiches and she wouldn’t except my coupon I had for 2 sandwhiches.

Website says that their hours on Labor Day may vary so I called to find out what hours they planned to be open. Got a message that their voicemail box was full and would not accept any messages. Guess I can’t include going to Subway in my plans for Labor Day. Too bad. Such a good location. Will get nothing. Will spend nothing.

Ordered two sandwiches. The meatball was fine- exactly as I ordered it. But the veggie was pretty terrible. It was doused in mayo which is really gross especially when I ordered honey mustard, there was hardly any avocado which if you’ve paid extra for it you expect a decent amount, and there was very few of each topping in general. I know this is subway and not a five star restaurant but come on. It’s not rocket science.

I placed an order online and it said order will be ready at 7:20pm. The hours of this location said it closes at 9:00pm. But when we got there for pickup, the place was closed. The credit card was charged, but we didn’t even get our order. I don’t trust this place no more.

Sometimes the vegetables are a little stretchy like the very green tomatoes and the brown lettuce. Also they are often out of most bread by 6pm. In addition most of the staff are at times VERY rude, they have even raised their voice at me once for asking a question. These would be the older staff there, the younger ones are fine. Started to go tot he one down the hill even though a longer drive. Friendlier folks and no issues like above. Also parking is horrible and full of smokers. I have made my last visit here just based on the horrible and rude service alone.

Ordered online pickup and store closes at 800pm. And got there by 750pm and worker was saying we close at 730 cuz she has to clean up store. (That’s part of your job) also she gave me a dirty look like I was wrong and told her it’s online order. By the way,,I was knocking on the door,, she wouldn’t answer but I called there Land line..ha!
