I love coming for the tuna and the Black Forest ham sandwiches. I remember when I first came some months back, my order was taken perfectly by Yadira. I remember meeting Teresa at the window and asking her was it you who took my order and she said no it was Yadira. I said wow she took my order perfectly. Mind you it was nothing crazy but she understood exactly what I’d requested for my sandwiches and I am and have been very pleased with my service with both ladies ever since. I’m usually back twice a week for either sandwich.

The sandwiches are good for a quick stop however the prices seem to be getting higher and the portions smaller. A turkey sandwich now costs $10+ depending on what you put in it and that doesn’t include a meal, that is extra. yoiu have more bread than you have ingredients. I was not completely content.

Came to this subway 1020pm. They close at 11pm. But they have to many on line orders to fill so they refused to make any sandwiches. Then since it was a drive through I was stuck behind a car for 15min while he waited to pick up his online order. So no food and then being stuck in there drive through with a car I front and behind me. Unbelievable. I will call corporate in the morning.

You go to Subway on South Main Street. And they got to sing on TV about. Buy one and get 1 for set. I think for one for free. At nation, they’re saying well. We don’t know anything about it.

Used to love this place; however, the kids they been hiring are disrespectful and provide bad service. When I got there, only one car in drive thru. I went in and kid told me to wait since he was about to help drive thru customer. I waited several minutes, then the other young girl came out. I thought she was about to help me, but nope, a new customer had just shown up to drive through and she started taking that order. She even seemed to know her, said “it’s that you Rosie?”. I decided to leave, I can’t stand bad customer service. Unfortunately, this was the last time I will ever go there. Do better, subway.

I went to the car service and ordered a whole Baja Chipotle. I never found the chicken or the chipotle sauce. It was just bread and jalapeños. It was terrible and the service was very bad.

I tried out the Subway ap on my cell tried to order 4 times with no luck. They were having a special bogo offer. Turns out sandwich wraps were not included. I ended up.placing my order at the window of the drive thru. Ordered two sandwiches both were made wrong and my daughter couldn’t eat hers cu it had jalepeno, onions, and peppers all I said specifically not to add. Ive been buying my sandwiches at Jersey Mike and the difference is night and day. No Mas subway!

The employees were acting childish. They were talking to each other, laughing, joking and not focusing on the customers. It took longer then needed to make a sandwich. By the time I got to the cashier the gentleman had to ask 3 different time what I had ordered. Really? Don’t think I will be back anytime soon.
