I went there yesterday (1/27/2024). I ordered 4 foot longs and the guy working there was the only one there. He took about 30 mins just to get to me as he had other customers. I had to repeat myself multiple times what I wanted and his presence just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. He didn’t even mark what sandwiches were which. Just an awful experience.

I was greeted when I walked in. Place was very clean and she was sweeping as I came in. My sandwich was great although I wish they had Pepsi products instead of Coke. The chip display was very neat. When I left she said Thank you for coming in and have a good night. I will definitely come back again.

Baked my chicken patty while he toasted my bread, bread came out over cooked hard stale dry. Not even mentioning how sloppy the sandwich looked and minimal veggies spread poorly across a whole footlong. One half had all my onions while the other half had none. Lost a customer never again.

It’s says they close at 9 but they start kicking people out at 8:30. The girl had attitude while making my sandwiches and didn’t even make them right. And when I would tell how I wanted it done she would get even more mad. They turn off the oven or toaster at 8:30 also in other words no warm food. This is definitely the last time I come to this subway.

Very rude when preparing food the girl was tossing food around and acted annoyed everytime I would ask for something extra. Place is clean but they definitely need to train their girls on being polite to their customers.

The rudest ladies in all of the Subway chains. They don’t believe in smiling or saying thank you or please. Always have a mad bulldog face. Want some good Subway customer service? Visit the one on Palm and Shaw, that lady there is super friendly, she should tutor these two dumb nuts!
