I’m genuinely upset, it’s my first time door dashing from this place. If I could give this place a 0 star I would I paid $6 for avocado that I did not receive on neither both the subs I ordered. I took photos immediately after I took a bite and noticed there wasn’t any avocado. There was barely any lettuce, I put normal amount for everything and paid for $3 of avocado for each sub. For a normal amount I had more bread than anything. I still ate it because I was hungry and haven’t eaten. My man was really upset because it ended up being $45.59 for just two foot long subs, to then just have complaints about them. I called the place twice and no one answered. I’m genuinely upset because this place really sucks. If I would’ve ordered in person I would’ve demanded more lettuce than what I was given and my $6 avocados. You can tell there wasn’t cheese not sure if they used very little or if there wasn’t any you can’t even tell. I want a compensation or a refund on the avocado I didn’t receive. Apart from it already being pricey because I got it delivered it was definitely not worth $45.59. November 9, 2025. I will be posting pictures. The time DoorDash guy called when he came to the time I called the place because I wanted to tell them how I received my food after taking a bite of it.

This location is a joke. I was told they don’t make BLT’s anymore but they could sell me the bread and add bacon for $4 more.. they assembled this mess of a sandwich (still a BLT) and charged me $20 for a $12 meal. Company expense on the road is the only reason I didn’t just laugh and leave. Do not come here.

I ordered the boss sandwich foot long and they charged me over $17 for it. Called several other locations and they are charging 12.99 for the foot long boss sandwich. On top of that the sandwich bread did not taste that good. Take your business to other subway sandwich locations instead of giving your money to this greedy owner business!!

Walked in ordering my sandwich and I notice that the employee had ear buds on and when I asked for mustard she put honey mustard this is very unprofessional to be working with ear buds on while taking customers orders my sandwich was discussing couldn’t eat it due to her trying to cover the honey mustard with extra mustard. If you want good customer service this subway is not the place.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Clearly it says they close at 9 PM and there was still 10 mins left and the door was open. As soon as my sister walks in the girl turns off the lights off on my sister without saying anything. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. Next time lock the door if you’re planning to close earlier then the time it says you close.

They had an attitude and lazily built my sandwich. I get days are rough, but it doesn’t excuse behavior I dealt with. They wrapped my sandwich when it was 50% open, once I opened it the paper was stuck onto the insides of the sandwich. In addition to that they just tossed my sandwich into the bag. Sadly today will be the last day I eat there. The other subway has the same attitude problem. I would reccomend deli delicious for a sandwich place.

I went in to order a couple of sandwiches and the lady “sandheep” was sooo rude ! She was lazily throwing everything onto the sandwich and seemed extremely annoyed. I asked for a wrap multiple times and she waited until she was done making the “smashed,” sandwiches before she told me that they only had one type of tortilla wrap. Absolutely terrible service ! I would not purchase from here .

Nicely clean restaurant. Sandwiches didn’t have to much in them. When I asked for certain veggies she told me they usually only make them how it shows on the board. But since I don’t know that, she will do it for me. They did not let us use bathroom. Staff member also had me repeating myself a few times cause she could not hear me due to her ipods being in.

This was the worst Subway I have ever ever been to and I go twice a week in Reedley. 3 pieces of spinach. Maybe 2 olives and yellow peppers. 3 very thin slices of onion and on top of that they are rude. Asked to cut my 6” twice and at first she refused. Then another lady came over and did it. I didn’t ask for a lot really!! Will never ever go here again. No thank you or have a nice day. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. She was mad !
