Had 3 fraudulent orders made at this restraunt within 10 minutes yesterday. I’m in the loss of over $30, could be worse but when I live in ohio not California something should have been obvious especially when the persons name doesn’t match the payment method name.

Man where to start with this awful place. I don’t think I’ve ever had worse service than at this location. The two individuals working were unpleasant, rude, and very unprofessional. This location will close half an hour earlier than whats not only online but on their door. They cut alot of great ingredients and sandwiches, sandwich was a mess, and oh did I mention they were rude? This location has definitely lost my business and hopefully somewhere else is better, but as a whole subway is declining.

First I would like to start with subway is not my go to sandwich shop I prefer deli delicious or Port of subs. But I decided to give it another try and now I remember why I don’t eat here no more. The Indian girl working was very rude and lazy my husband asked to use the restroom after we had just paid for our food so he can wash his hands and she said oh they don’t work and then said oh they’re locked and he was like I just wanted to wash my hands she then proceeds to tell him oh you can use it after I said we’re paying customers she looked annoyed and then she sat down in the dinning area looking at us and on her phone full blast did not greet anyone who walked in. Very rude she acted like she was better than us and let me tell you she isnt because without customers there’s no pay check for her. The manager really needs check her attitude. I will not eat at subway again especially in sanger. I should have just gone to deli delicious.

I ordered online and they got all three of my orders wrong. It’s astonishing how they can get all three orders wrong if they have all the details/directions on how to make it. It really shows they do not care about their buisness. The app advertised curbside pick up, I called to ask about it and they said they don’t do that. I walked in to pick up my order and they where all sitting doing nothing. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. If you want respect, make sure to NOT come to this subway or the one on the other side of town. I’m going to deli delicious from now on.

My Sandwich was made incorrectly, my son had purchased it, I went back and I believe it was the manager, I did not ask, but he kindly remade it, I feel bad that food was wasted, I ordered the chicken sandwich the special of the day with everything except anything pickled, it came with jalapeños, pickles snd wax peppers, and American cheese instead of provolone and he was just the kindest Man. I did not see any chicken in the sandwich, I was expected to see cubed cut pieces instead it was a slice, so that was my fault, I feel bad, however I do want to say, they were very nice and professional
